Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

"I know that you're adamant on being alone, but would it kill you to ask for help?" Jay hesitantly began to out his paw.

[Stormy]

Jay’s paw wasn’t low enough to reach Conal’s yet. Tears were beginning to build up in his eyes as he genuinely felt like he was about to let go and fall. “Please.. help.” He says still trying to reach Jay’s paw.

Jay reached out for Conal and made contact with his paw. As angry as he was with Conal's short temper, he was still Jay's friend.

[Stormy]

Conal grabs onto Jay’s paw as he gets pulled back up to the surface. Conal scrambled away from the ledge after he gets back up.

Jay prepared to leave, wanting to respect Conal's wishes to be alone, until he heard a sudden response...

[Stormy]

“Jay... I.. I’m sorry.” Conal says quietly, he wasn’t exactly facing Jay though.

[TheLastLion]

Jay turned around, taken by surprise.

[Stormy]

“I.. was wrong. In a lot of things.” Conal slowly turned his head towards Jay. “But you can’t tell me at least it was wrong that Flash did end up making his own decision to go back. I may have told it, but he didn’t hesitate much. Only Sadie did.”

[TheLastLion]

"If he wanted to, that's fine." Jay replied. "But be that as it may, you should have at least heard from Sadie before the fix was made."

[Stormy]

“Jay I’d hope you understand that this isn’t about Sadie. It’s not Sadie’s decision. I understand she cares but whether she wanted Flash to stay or not it didn’t matter. It only mattered if Flash wanted to go back, and he did. It’s not like they didn’t say goodbye.”
