Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

[Stormy]

Sadie makes it all the way to the meadow by herself with her sadness following. She lays in the grass and buried her face into her paws as her tears seemed to have not wanted to stop coming.

“Why the long face my little princess?” Says the voice behind her. It was a very familiar voice, but a voice she hadn’t heard in a very long time. It was Jay’s voice. He stood behind her with a slight distance between them along with Saige and what seemed to be two nearly newborn cubs. One was asleep on Saige’s back, and one on Jay’s.

"Jay?" Sadie studders in disbelief.

[Stormy]

Jay grins at Sadie. “What’s going on? You’ve gotten so big!” Jay says looking at her. “Just a tiny bit longer and you’ll be half way to full grown! You were still so small last time I saw you! I can’t get over this.” He said with slight laughter.

“Well, they do grow extremely fast.” Saige says as she stood beside Jay.

“So what? You’re not gonna come give me a hug?! I’ve missed ya!” Jay exclaims as he holds his arms out towards Sadie with a smile.

Sadie sniffles and runs to give Jay a warm hug.

[Stormy]

“Are you okay? Is something wrong Princess?” Jay asks Sadie as he holds her in a hug and he heard Sadie’s sniffle. Jay hadn’t been able to see that Sadie’s eyes were slightly red beforehand until he looked straight down at her.

(Can I be Jay for this segment? Back from work, btw).

[Stormy]

(Sure. I’ll still respond relatively quick but probably not right away like I normally do today.)

(Okay.)

"Let me guess, was it your mom getting on your case again?"

[Stormy]

“Well, no...” Sadie begins. “It’s something I really don’t feel like getting too much into right now.” Sadie replies.

(Before we do end this segment completely though, there is one thing I’d like to do with Jay but we’ll what happens here first.)
