The cubs followed Kopas lead, followed by Ra and Odion then the rest of the pride, the cubs ate in slience

Kopa stopped eating and took a look. No familliar face, not knowing where he was. The only thing familliar to him was Nuru, she looked just like his mom. He continued eating silently thinking what were his parents doing at the moment, if they were looking for him, and Zira, why did she do it? So many questions were un-answered. When he was no longer hungry he quietly went to the side of the den and lay down trying not to disturb anyone

When the cubs had finished eating, the sun was setting, everyone had left the den, everyone except Jata, who went over to Kopa, "Bro?" she said shaking him gently "You awake?"

"Yeah, I'm awake..." he answered, his voice like a whisper. "I've been just thinking..." Then he got up and looked around. "Where did everyone go?"

"there outside" Jata said "Kopa is there anything you want to talk about?" Jata asked

"No... just not yet..." he asnwered quietly and let put a small sigh. "But thanks for asking... I really appreciate it." he said looking at her and giving away a small smile. "Should we go outside?" he asked after a short silence.

"If you want bro" Jata said helping Kopa up.

Kopa smiled lightly again. He then walked after Jata outside. "I love sunsets..." he said all of a sudden looking at the sun setting down behind the mountains.

"Yeah, there amazing aren't they." Jata said sitting down to get the best view of the sunset, "shhh. Look" Jata said pointing to Nuru and Dakari nuzzling each other.

"I know," he said smiling. The more he looked at Nuru, the more he remembered his mom, and the more he missed her.
