"They... they won't let us follow them," Samaki said. "I... I guess the only option is to leave."

[Adofo]

Adofo: ......okay.
Adofo enters the cave to tell them bye.
Adofo: Kids.......I' leaving. Look.....I'm sorry for not being there for you........but.......I love you three.......just remember.............daddy loves you. .......I'm sorry.
Adofo turned and slowly walked back out of the cave. He had a few tears going down his face.

[Iri]

The three didn't listen.
"I'm sorry," Samaki said.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Me too.....let's just go.
They climb back out of the habitat. But Adofo goes to find the manager. Finally he finds his office.
Adofo: Excuse me sir, you know those lions you let me see? I want you to take extra good care of them! They are my cubs.....and I want them to live a good life!
Manager: Yes sir.
Adofo walks out and walks back by their habitat again. The three look over and see him.
Adofo: .......bye kids.........I'll always love you.

[Iri]

The lioness glared at him and turned her back.
Samaki laid her tail tip on his shoulder. "I'm sorry," she murmured.

[Adofo]

Without a word Adofo ran out of the zoo. He finally stopped and sat down on a bench. His wife and daughters finally caught up with him.

[Iri]

Samaki didn't say anything. She ignored everything. She even walked past her father... Samaki kept walking, ignoring Adena's calls for her to come back. She walked and walked, and finally she sat down under a dead tree.
Suddenly a huge lioness pinned her down. "What are you doing here?!" the lioness snarled.
Samaki recognized the lioness that Adena had described; Mstari, the rogue lieutenant. She wasn't just a lioness; a liger.
"Help!" Samaki screamed, squirming under Mstari's weight, though she knew it was no use. "Help! Help!"

[Adofo]

Adofo: Samaki? SAMAKI!!!
Adofo ran and found Samaki pinned under Mstari.
Adofo: Mstari.......LET. HER. GO.

[Iri]

"You vowed to only attack me if I was on your territory," Mstari reminded him lightly. "After all, I'm far from your territory." She unsheathed her long, hooked claws and dug them into Samaki's fur, piercing her skin.

[Adofo]

Adofo: MSTARI....Mstari please...please don't hurt her! PLEASE! Please don't hurt her!
