Hamet nodded. "Indeed," he said as he dropped to the ground.

Saba giggled and laid down beside Hamet, resting her head on his shoulder.

Hamet held her close, not wanting to let go of her. "I can't wait to marry you," he said.

Saba smiled and closed her eyes, "Me too."

Hamet smiled. "With any hope, that day will be soon," he said.

Saba let out a contented sigh, "Yeah, I can't wait,"

Hamet then laughed. "I never thought I'd marry a princess one day," he said.

Saba smiled, "I never thought I'd marry." the only other male in the pride before Hamet came was her brother. "I'm glad you and your sister came here."

"I'm glad I got your attention. I'm the luckiest male lion in all of Africa," Hamet replied. He kissed her gently. "You're the best," he said.
