Growing Up [Private: TheLastLion & Stormy]

[Stormy]

(So.. back to where we were I assume)

A leopard charges towards the two, they split up and the leopard runs towards Nicki, as she ran Flash ends up taking down the leopard rather quickly, causing most of the other leopards to flee.

[TheLastLion]

(Shortly after Flash arrives.)

"Nicki, I believe I owe you an apology."

[Stormy]

Nicki stared blankly for a few moments. "For what exactly?"

[TheLastLion]

"I feel like I gave off the impression that I didn't trust you and pushed you away. For that, I'm sorry." She replied. "I'm still hurt that you didn't tell me earlier, but I guess that's kind of my own fault, too."

[Stormy]

"I was GOING to tell you about his family... I mean... Sadie already knew about it. I didn't see a need in telling you every single thing at once. I'm sorry I didn't at least tell you I would tell you more at a later time. But you at least know.. it's unrealistic that I tell you EVERYTHING ever in my life... right?"

[TheLastLion]

"No, not that. I knew that. I mean the guys that tried to kill us, tried to kill you.'" Kaylee began to tear up, "I was worried something might have happened to you and it would be my fault that it happened."

[Stormy]

Nicki looked down slightly. "I didn't tell you about them because I didn't think we'd ever see them again." She looked back up. "And you shouldn't have tracked me down. It doesn't help knowing that when I tried getting away for a little bit you guys are still trying to breathe down my neck... and the leopards didn't track my scent, because I covered mine. They tracked YOU down. You and I have nearly identical scents."

[TheLastLion]

(Could we go for something a bit more tender?)

[Stormy]

Nicki looked down slightly. "I didn't tell you about them because I didn't think I'd ever run into them again." She sighed. "I'm sorry."

[TheLastLion]

"It's okay." Kaylee replied, "You know I wouldn't have told anyone else if you did. And I still won't."
