Umeme pretended not to notice Lina trying to hide her nervousness. "Let's keep on track, you were observing how Muroki was acting around me." She said. "And now, you tell me that he might like me. I think that's more than just your observations, Lina." Umeme said. "Which one is it?"

Lina didn't know what to say exactly. "Which one? What do you mean?"

Umeme grinned. "I think you know what I mean. Which one do you like?" Inside her head, she hoped her reasoning was right, and she was not wrong. Otherwise the embarrassment would fall on her and not Lina.

Lina said after a short silence, "What makes you think I like one of them?" however even someone who had trouble seeing and hearing would figure out she was nervous.

Lina's nervousness made Umeme press on. "You surely don;t think I am unobservant!" She said, "Well, alright, maybe a little. But what would actually give you the idea that Muroki might like me? Nothing as far as I am aware, unless you like one of them, and know what it feels like..." She grinned. "You saw Muroki get nervous, and knew what it meant. Just like you are nervous now!"

Lina flushed, knowing that there was no excuse for Umeme's rather nailing opinion. "Well, uh... I..."

Umeme grinned, knowing that she guessed correctly. "I knew it! Come one, Lina. Which one is it?" She asked. "I promise I won't tell."

Blushing furiously, Lina looked at her friend, "Promise?" she didn't wait for Umeme to answer, "Well... Delano's really handsome... and cute..."

Umeme smiled brightly. "Delano, eh?" The thought about it. "The crazy one? I find him weird. But if you like him... Well, it's your choice." She finally said. "What do you really think of him?"

Lina smiled, "I wouldn't say crazy... They did see their parents dead, it must have been a horrible sight." she thought for a moment, "Well, like I said I think he's cute. And he was really nice when we talked this morning. Maybe he got agitated because we kept investigating them."
