Nala beamed. "I know, I can't wait to get home" she said happily. She looked at Simba, he seemed a little saddened by it. "What's wrong Simba?"

"Ahh, Sarabi. Look at our cubs, well not cubs anymore." She laughed. "They're full grown lions now." She smiled.

Simba looked up. "Why go home? We have everything we need here," he said. When the pride heard this, they were all shocked.

Nala frowned. "Simba, we have to go back" she said, looking over at Sarabi and Sarafina. "Simba, it's your place in the Circle of L" she looked round to see Simba not listening. "Fine be like that Simba!"

Meanwhile, Mufasa was watching over his family, he was also shocked to here this. He had to do something if Simba didn't change his mind soon.

Simba looked at her. "Look, Nala, bad things happen and you can't do anything about it. So why worry?" he said.

Nala was upset and angry. "Because it's your responsibility! Don't you understand, your our only hope" Simba just looked away. "What's happened to you? Your not the Simba I remember"

Simba walked over to her. "That's right, I'm not the Simba you remember. That Simba went away a long time ago," he said. Meanwhile, Rafiki was watching them from the trees. It was then that he decided to intervene, for he had been charged by Mufasa to get Simba to return home. The mandrill came down and stood near Simba and Nala. "Greetings. I have heard your conversation and have come to help, as instructed by Mufasa himself," he said.

Simba was shocked. "My father died a long time ago," he replied. "Wrong. He's alive, and I'll show him to you," Rafiki answered. Simba looked at Nala again. "What a kook," he mouthed to her.

Nala soon reconised the old baboon, she knew him from long ago. Nala giggled slightly, but was still upset with Simba.

OOC: All right, this is the point where Mufasa's ghost appears.

Simba followed Rafiki through some long grass to the shore of a pond. "Stop. Look down there," Rafiki instructed. Simba did so and looked down into the water. However, he only saw his own reflection. He looked up sadly. "That's not my father. That's just my reflection," Simba answered. "No, look harder," Rafiki replied. Simba did so, and his reflection morphed into that of his father. "You see, he lives in you," Rafiki stated. Just then, Simba looked up as he heard a rumbling sound in the sky and someone saying his name. "Father?" he asked aloud.

Mufasa's ghost walked through the sky and came to a halt. "Simba", "You have forgotten me"
