Marini said, "I am." she then added something which she felt was necessary, "My search is so far un-successful." she put on a fake, sarcastic smile to emphasize her point. Fadhili then stopped nuzzling him, and just placed her head down under his chin, even if he was still on his back. "We'll see." she said, her tone slightly cheeky and seductive, but after that she just lay there, purred and said nothing. Dakari smiled, before suddenly ceasing to run when he noticed that she wasn't chasing him, "Ah... Are we done playing?"

Mufalfa frowned as she said that and felt frustrated. "Well uh are you sure about that? I mean look around you." Mufalfa kicked himself in the head in his mind. "Marini you know how I feel about you right?" Kujasiri smiled as Fadhili said that. "I will love you Fali all of my days. I'll never leave you. Never." He smiled as she cuddled up next to him. "You'll never have to worry about anything all of the days of your life. I'll protect you." Mzuri was thinking but then noticed that Dakari asked her something. "Huh? Oh sorry. Go on and run Dakari!"

Marini didn't really looked around herself when he said it. She tried to think of a simple way to say what she had in mind, "You're not even nice to your own sister. How do you expect me to see you as a possible mate when you keep behaving like that? I even remember asking you whether you would treat your own cubs the way you treated Mzuri and Dakari yesterday. You laughed and said yes." Fadhili smiled at him and licked him on the cheek, "At least my brother finally left us alone." Dakari frowned at how quickly Mzuri caught him, "Oh man!" he said with a thought 'I need to get in shape'. He then looked at his friend and said, "Maybe we should try playing something new?"

Mufalfa said, "I was just joking. And I am nice to my sister. Look I am sorry okay. Just please don't leave. I mean I thought...lionesses like lions being bad." He then said, "Pease. I'll do whatever you want Marini okay?" He then sighed and said, "To tell you the truth I don't know why I get so depressed. I just do. I have a hard time concentrating and thinking alright?" He wondered what she would say. Kujasiri frowned. "He is still your brother Fali and from now on I will be asking him to see if we can...go out." Kujasiri smiled, "I'll get on your brother's good side so that I may see you." Mzuri sighed and said, "Well I don't know. I mean what do you want to play Dakari?" She then said, "Come to think about it we have been gone a long time!"

Marini didn't know whether she could believe what Mufalfa was saying. But then again, she still had some feelings for the lion at hand, "Do you think you could... change that?" she asked, a hopeful smile on her muzzle. Usually Fadhili would consider what Kujasiri said as a bad idea, but for some reason she had a good feeling this time, "Sounds fair enough." Dakari then also noticed that they both had been gone for quite a while, "We better get back so he doesn't get mad at us again."

Mufalfa shook his head. "I don't know. I've tried. I can't seem to concentrate and pay attention and after that happens I get depressed." He looked at Marini. "I'll try though..." For some reason he nuzzled her. Kujasiri smiled. He loved Fadhili and he would do anything to see her even if he had to be Mufalfa's punching bag. "Don't worry everything will work out." Mzuri gulped at what Dakari said, "Yeah I know! We'll probably be spanked like last time!" She ran back to where the adults were as fast as she could.

Marini expected herself to move away from Mufalfa when he nuzzled her and give him one of those 'I need some time to think ' speech, but for some reason she found herself returning his nuzzle. After a short moment she pulled away, "So, uh..." Fadhili smiled back at him, still having a good feeling about the entire thing for some reason. Dakari ran after his friend, but she wasn't paying attention to the fact that she was running way too fast for him, "Wait up!"

Mufalfa said, "So uh...what now?" Mufalfa just stared blankly not knowing what to say. Kujasiri smiled and said, "Come on. Let's return to your brother." Mzuri yelled, "Hurry up or he'll really be mad!" Once she got there she saw Mufalfa there with Marini. Perhaps the lioness could defend her. Mufalfa finally noticed her and she got nervous. Mufalfa felt his blood pressure begin to rise as he saw the cubs but remembered what Marini told him and he calmed down. "Cubs don't do that again." He said it firmly but nicely. He looked at Dakari. "Come here."

Fadhili smiled and said, "Okay." she then got to her feet. Dakari was more than surprised when Mufalfa didn't yell at them, and Marini seemed to be even more surprised. Dakari hesitated for a moment, before slowly approaching the lion, but preparing himself to flee towards the lioness if he needed to. Marini really was surprised at what had just happened, but it brought a smile to her muzzle.

Mufalfa looked at the cub. "You are the lion. You are supposed to be the one who acts responsible understand?" He looked at the cub and said, "This pride we made ourselves but it will not be ended and will be continued on. I've made my choice. Once Marini and I pass on you are to take over and you will be betrothed to uh...M...z...u...r..a," he tried to remember, "Mzuri." Kujasiri looked around at all of them. "What's going on?"
