The lioness said, "You're safe. Mzuri can't be too far away, waiting for you."

Dakari looked confused. He could barely remember what had happened back there, "Did we... uh... you know..." he couldn't remember and wanted to know.

The lioness shook her head, "You can still look at Mzuri confidently if that is what you mean." She then said, "I apologize but the prides would have killed us both if I didn't make it seem real."

Dakari smiled and said, "Thank you." he was about to walk away but suddenly looked at her again, "But... they'll kill you if I leave..."

The lioness laughed, "You think I care about dying since I helped you? Go on and go see her Dakari." Suddenly the lions started waking up. "Go!"

Dakari then quickly ran off and headed towards the place where Marini's pride was staying, hoping to find Mzuri there.
