Kopa turned to Kovu. "Just make sure you treat my sister right. I won't stay quiet if you don't," he stated.

"Of course. I swear it." Kovu gave her another lick.

Kopa nodded. "Good, because I don't want to raise a paw against you," he said. Meanwhile, Regina was sitting on a rock formation, looking towards the Pridelands. "Soon, those lands will be Zira's," she said aloud.

Little Shetani came up, stumbling for a second. "Hello. What are you looking at?"

Regina smiled at Zira's cub before looking back at the distant Pridelands. "The Pridelands, Shetani. They will be our home after your mother deals with King Simba and his sister," she said.

"And Kovu too. Right?" She sat herself next to the lioness.

Regina sighed. "I don't know about Kovu. We will see if he's accomplished his task," she said.

"What are you saying about my big brother?" Shetani asked, hurt.

[KingKovu44]

Regina realized what she had done. "Nothing, dear. What's important is that King Simba and Princess Vitani are removed from power. Then the Pridelands will be ours!" she said.

Shetani grinned. "And I can be... princess?"
