The pride just rolled their eyes. Mzuri said, "Maybe this is a lesson. Dakari and I both love eachother and we are from the two prides. Perhaps you should also grow to like the other pride."

Dakari hesitated but then said, "Think about it. No more fighting, no more getting hurt, no more fighting during hunts..."

The pride thought about it but said, "The father and brother..."

Dakari grew nervous but waited to hear the rest of the sentence.

The pride said, "They will kill us if we desert them."

Dakari tried the reassure them. "You don't have to be afraid of them. They're only two, and you're an entire pride." he hoped they were seeing the sense in what he was saying. "It's time that you do what's good for you and not what they want."

The pride started to see that he was making sense yet for some reason they all looked at Mzuri.
