Fadhili shrugged, pulling away from him, "If you want to." she said, knowing that that behaviour would eventually convince him. Dakari said to the pride, "We're only thinking of what's best for the prides. A war will only bring suffering! Many of you could die.

The pride laughed. "We will not follow a future leader of our enemies. We will not follow an old bag." They pointed to Marini. And then they laughed again, "And we will not follow a blind lioness." Mzuri put her head down. "You know Dakari you can go back to your pride. You know they'll accept you no matter what."

Fadhili knew that Kujasiri not answering wasn't anything to worry about. He'll crack eventually. Dakari looked at Mzuri, "I wont leave you. Look, we tried... Let's just go back okay?"

Mzuri said, "I feel obligated to help them." Suddenly a female voice came from the pride, "I believe this child speaks with her heart."
