Mzuri looked at Malaika and hugged her. "Malaika I missed you so much. Remember all the trouble I used to get into!" She then winked and laughed. She couldn't wait to see Adeola after all these years.

Mzuri told Malaika, "Do you happen to know where she is? I am sorry for the rush it is just I have missed her more than life itself. As you know she was the closest thing I ever had to a mother." Her heart jumped with joy for she could not wait to see her long lost mentor and foster mother.

Kujasuri meanwhile got a sorry welcome. He saw the lions growl at him. Ah whatever. Growl all you like for I figured this would happen if I ever came back. He saw Mzuri ask for Adeola. He knew that this was trouble if Adeola knew the truth of their "companionship." He braced himself.

Kujasuri knew that the greatest shock of all to Adeola was not even going to be that little secret.

Kamy was looking and try to interact with the others lions and lioness that were in the pride, Kamy didn't knew what could she do, she knew that she has a injured paw and that she couldn't play like the others

@Nakisisa: She smirked. "I like this style". She could get used to this. Not being bossed around by her father, and not having to deal with her family. She did of course, have to deal with Naki, but he was cool and he seemed chill.

"Well then, let's get going" she said, walking forward. Before she turned her back completely, she saw her pride home and looked it over once more. This is the last time I'll be able to see them in a while..., she thought. She never realized how much she was going to miss them until the time had actually come to say 'good bye'.

@VitanisMate: "She should be getting back from the hunt any minute now" Malaika said, now a young adult herself.

A roar was heard from over the hill, making the entire pride jump.

"Oh that must be her!" Malaika said, looking over the hill to see a male run away with his tail practically between his legs. After him shot down the gold lioness, now a full adult and looking more slimmer and leaner than she was when she was a young adult. The lion sped down the hill and away from the pride. "And the next time you come near me, I'll tear off your legs and rip out your livers with my teeth!" She growled, walking away.

"Adeola" Malaika said, making Adeola whip her head around with a furocious snarl.

@SilverSimba01: Adeola looked up to see Kamy looking lost. Zuri looked over to her daughter, seeing her nod over to her and Zuri nodded back.

"Kamy, sweetie, come here" Zuri said, taking her tongue away from her mate's mane and waved her paw over to the cub to come on over to the two.

Mzuri looked at Adeola hardly containing her excitement. "Hello Adeola I come from a land far away. Don't you remember me?"

Mzuri wanted to go hug her but waited until she could remember her.

Kujasuri was extremely nervous seeing Adeola again. He looked at her backing away and hiding in the crowd. He made sure he was unseen until the time was right. Though Adeola would be glad to see Mzuri again, himself on the other hand would be castigated and sent away again. He decided to hide himself until she could take everything all in. He backed away inching slowly forward.

He waited and watched for Adeola and waited for the biggest secret of all to emerge very quickly.

Kamy looks to Zuri, and went where she was, Kamy sit down at one side of Zuri and aks her "Yes?" putting a face of a curious child

@VitanisMate: Adeola narrowed her eyes to the lioness, trying to figure out what she meant by 'remembering her'. When her brain finally clicked, she widened her eyes and looked her 'cub' over. "Mzuri!" She happily said, jumping onto the cub she knew. Even though she was an adult now, she was still a cub in Adeola's eyes.

@SilverSimba01: Zuri drew the cub in and started giving her a bath. Tendai covered her front while Zuri started to lick her back.

Adeola started to giggle, as she looked at the cub being licked all over, remembering how it felt to her when she was given a daily bath.

Mzuri saw Adeola jump on her but did not care. She not only did that, she also hugged Adeola since she missed her so. She tried to get Adeola to accept each part of where she had been one part at a time. "Yes Adeola uh there is something I need to tell you. You see uh when I was out there Kujasuri and I bonded."

Kamy just stay calm and try to relax as she was giving a bath, for the first time, Kamy felt like if she has a family after been lonely for a long time, then Kamy say "I never had a bath like this"

@VitanisMate: She brought her cub back up to her feet and hugged her neck with her paws. Putting her head into Mzuri's neck she smiled and took in her familiar scent. She was so happy to see her cub was safe and well. And seeing her grown up was the cherry on top of a joyful reunion.

She leaned off her cub, and looked into her eyes. She could now look at the cub without having to arch her neck. "What is there to tell me?" She questioned, listening to her daughter's words. As she spoke, Adeola's face could easily be deciphered into a horrified one and then an angry expression, and the smile she tried to replace it all with was beyond fake. "Is that so?" She was speaking through her fangs.

Kujasuri is dead the next moment I see him, she thought, twitching her tail in anger. Malaika took notice of this and started playing with her sister's tail.

@SilverSimba01: "You seem to be enjoying yourself" Adeola talked to Kamy.

"You used to love your baths too, Adeola" Zuri said before she went back to trailing her tongue across the cub's soft, baby fur.

"...no I didn't" she replied, her eyebrow raised and looking at her mother like she was crazy.

"Oh that's right, your sister did" she laughed. Adeola rolled her eyes. Always had to have her sister in it. No matter what the topic, Malaika's name had to be included in what they were talking about. Though she was obviously not happy to have it happening, Kamy was still there with Malaika not too far away, so she buried it down like usual and went back to eating.

"Reminds me of when you were all little cubs," Tendai looked over his children, "we used to give you all baths, and some of you would love them," he looked at Neobi, Afolabi, and Malaika, "and others not so much". He looked at Adeola and she gave him a sarcastic smile and then an eye roll.

"Our little rebel" Zuri laughed, trying to lighten the mood between daughter and father.

"Yeah. Apologies for not being like Malaika" she said, getting off from the kill and walking away. Tendai drew in a breath to say something, but he sighed out and looked to the side. Zuri let out a sigh of her own, and smoothed the cub's coat out from the licks. Neobi watched his sister leave, and attempted to move towards her to go and talk before his mother cleared her throat to get his attention and shake her head once his eyes were on her to tell him to leave her be. The brown male looked from Zuri and then to the direction his dark gold sister walked off in, and went back to what he was doing, every once in a while looking to where Adeola walked off to.

Adeola padded through the grass, away from her family. I'm being too sensitive, she thought. Though she knew it, it drove her crazy when her parents talked about her being different from her siblings. Even Neobi, who was adopted at cubhood, was spoken of like he was there ever since he was released from his mother's womb. And she despised it when her sister came up in every subject. There was no doubt that she loved her sister with all her heart and beyond, but she was the 'favorite' child, it seemed.

She paused and sat down, looking out over the lands.
