Zira could now see Kiara. The scouting party just caught up to her. She still wanted to add some more sense to Kovu's cover.
She walked up to the group who hadn't noticed her yet.
"What do we have here?" She said with her creepy voice. "What are you, doing in here?" She asked in a bored tone.

"Mother... I was just" she sighed "Yes mother" she said turning her back on the approaching Zira, however Zira spoke before they could move "Mother what do we do?" she whispered

Nala stepped in front of Kiara, "we were just leaving Zira. Kiara was actually looking for your son and stumbled into here, we were retrieving her." She looked her straight in the eyes, "we don't want any trouble."

Vitani looked at him and laughed, "really Nuka, you think you can take on me? You can't even handle those fleas in your mangy fur." She shoved against him lightly. She picked on Nuka a lot but she still loved her older brother, fleas and all.

"Ohh yeah?!" Nuka growled quietly and playfully, "It's not like you don't have fleas" he said teasing barring his teeth "And your fur, scrawny and worse than mine sis" he said knowing what he was doing, winding her up for a play fight, he hoped play.

"Well, the traitor is not here. I'm surprised you care about him anyways." She said trying to show dissapointment in Kovu.
"Don't worry, you can go. Unlike you, I don't take any cub penalties for territory issues. I learned my lesson the last time I did such a thing if you know what I mean." She grinned trying to hit Nala in her sensitive spot. [Silly this is Kopa I'm talking about]

Nala flinched a little at the low blow and growled at her, "don't make me give you a scar to match the nick in your ear Zira." Although she wanted to leave now, she was curious about something Zira said. "What do you mean Kovu isn't here? You haven't seen him at all?"

"What?! I don't have fleas!" Vitani said, her voice rising a little, "and for the record, I have gorgeous fur. I have a better mane than you do and I'm not even a male." She bared her teeth back at him and extended her claws, "at least mother loves me!"

"Yeah, what do you mean?" kiara asked confused, making a mental not to ask why her mother was so touchy about what Zira said first

"He left yesterday, saying he doesn't belong to this whole thing and that he wants no part in it." Zira pretended to be sad.
"I won't be surprised if that bastard of yours did something to him. I'm surprised he even took him in. But I don't mind." She said proudly getting up, "If that's what I get from the son I've raised then I shouldn't care."
She turned around and walked away.

Nala scowled and turned away as well. "Come on Kiara, we're leaving this place," she said starting to walk home. -Simba didn't do anything to him, Kovu saved Kiara, you can't hurt someone who's done good...
