Disappearance of the Princess [Private, PK091 and Snowy]

Kovu looked at the ground very hard, and sniffed, but couldn't detect anything. The rain from the night before had erased all scents or pawprints that would have helped in Kovu and Sarafina's search for the missing Princess. Kovu sighed. Nothing at all.

Hmm Sarafina mumbled. Her voice trailed away like a bee when she was trying to think of another plan. I think... she said slowly

[SnowyCheetah]

Kovu's eyes widened in anticipation. You think? You think what? he said anxiously, pacing back and forth.

[RayCat]

The lioness cleared her throat, looked down at the ground and said, "I think we should split up and look for clues."

[SnowyCheetah]

Kovu gulped. He'd never had to accomplish such a task as finding someone on his own. Uhm... he said nervously, Do you think that's really such a good idea? I don't think I'd do very well alone... then he realized how he sounded. He was a male lion, soon to be king! He had to toughen up. Erm... ok. Sounds good. he said nervously.

Sarafina raised her head again, and spoke encouragingly, Relax, Kovu! If anybody coudl find Kiara, you could. Just have faith... She smiled again, then started on her own path.

Kovu took a deep breath and walked toward the outlands. Oh how long it had been since his last visit there... he was quote nervous. What if someone saw him? He'd be dead! After all, the outlanders all considered him the most treacherous lion ever to walk the earth.

Sarafina skipped forwards, then halted just centimetres away from the Outlands. A thousand thoughts span through her head- What if there was an ambush? What if she got lost? What if she got trapped? What if...
and then she pulled herself together, after a firm voice in her head snared, "Pfft, some Pridelander you are!"
She breathed in and walked confidently into the Outlands.

Meanwhile, Kovu was also entering a different part of the Outlands. He stepped silently, and worried that someone would pick up his scent. Breathing silently, he crept, sniffing the air for any hint of his beloved mate.

Sarafina knew that it was probably very foolish to shout for Kiara, so she wondered if telepathy would work- so she closed her eyes, lowered her head a little, and thought. She thought and thought and thought. She thought, Kiara, come. Come back to the Pridelands.
