A bit taken aback by this golden furred lioness’ generous hospitality, yet never being the type to turn down such a kind invitation, Zina quickly adopted a more suitable facade as she performed a respectful bow before Kiara, replying in a polite voice as she did so.
”that’s awfully kind of you Princess Kiara. My name is Zina. I’m a Traveling Shaman and I’d love to take you up on that offer. I hope my presence isn’t a burden however. Please, lead the way. I’ll follow.”
Still baffled by the fortunate turn of events, Zina almost completely forgot about the entire incident with Kondo as she waited for Kiara to lead the way back to this supposed land of luxury that she had spoke of. Although feeling a bit out of place, which was often the case whenever she arrived at any new local, Zina smelled opportunity for not only her own selfish wants and needs, but perhaps a bit of fun as well. If this friendly princess’ pride members were just as easy to gain favor with as this push over of a lioness was, things could get very interesting and fast. Continuing to build up her fake demeanor, Zina spoke to Kiara in a flattering fashion as the two walked along.
”Your lands are very breath taking Princess Kiara. This looks like a very nice place to live.”

Unable to see any sign of his mate at the moment, although Kovu had been looking in the wrong direction the entire time, the newly crowned prince of The pride lands decided to take a walk, mostly in the hopes of meeting up with his missing mate, but also needing the exercise himself as being bottled up in the main den always made him feel a bit restless at times. Taking one last glance over the horizon, Kovu bounded down the side of Pride Rock and started to make his way into the heart of The Grasslands. It didn’t take the young male long however, until his eyes fell upon a suspicious looking sight. Squinting his eyes to gain a better view of the situation before him, Kovu spotted a lone male, who seemed to be trying to conceal his rather large figure within the tall grass, much to his own efforts however, he wasn’t doing that great of a job at it from what Kovu could perceive. Being both curious and cautious at the same time, Kovu approached the strange male from behind as he addressed him in a gruff tone.
”Excuse me, but do you have some sort of business being here in The Pride Lands? I’ve never seen you around here, so either you’re new and lost, or you’re here to cause trouble. I hope for your sake that the ladder option isn’t the case, so if you’d be kind enough to introduce yourself, perhaps I could help you along your merry way.”
Looking over the foreign male in front of him, Kovu held his ground, not looking the least bit intimidated by the much larger and more muscular male’s physique. Maybe it was just his youthful nature or unsavory past, but whatever the case may have been, Kovu’s better judgment told him to keep a weary eye on the lion in front of him while he waited for a response, his own body clearly showing that he meant business and would prove this fact if need be.

Purring softly from her mate’s affectionate nuzzle, Nala smiled warmly at her mate as she cooed quietly to him.
”Well, they’re young Honey. What do you expect. We can’t all lounge around all day like someone.”
Flashing Simba a cheeky smile, Nala rose to her paws as she moved in close, licking tenderly over her mate’s cheek before she moved in front of him as she made her way towards the entrance of the main den, her tail flagging casually behind her as if to signal for Simba to follow her. Making her way onto the promontory of Pride Rock, Nala took a seat where Kovu had been sitting not long before, waiting for her beloved king to join her before she spoke in a reflective voice, staring over the peaceful looking lands in front of her as she did so.
”You know Honey, we’ve been so lucky that things have been so calm here for some time now. I’m starting to feel like everything is returning to the way it used to be. We’ve been through so much and it’s nice to just be able to wake up and know that everything is just perfect in life.”
Looking over at her lover, Nala leaned in to rest her head against Simba’s broad shoulder as she continued to peer over the endless horizon before her.
