[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

Kopa turned to Kiara. "So, how are you feeling this morning?" he asked.

Kovu felt the sudden lack of warmth on his side. He looked up, and saw Kiara with her brother. Not wanting to ruin her moment, he put his head back down.

Kopa turned and looked at Kovu. "You're going to be my brother-in-law, Kovu. You deserve to be with us now," he said.

Kovu looked back up. He slowly got to his feet and joined the two. He looked over the lands that would be his before long. "It is beautiful here. I'm so glad I came." He nuzzled Kiara. "And that I met you,"

Kiara nuzzled his chocolate cheek in return. "It was in our stars. We were meant to meet and be together." Pausing and turning to Kopa. "Nana 'Rafi taught me this, Kopa. So did Auntie." Winking at Kopa, her flank still attached to his but her head leaned on Kovu's strong shoulder.

Kopa thought for a moment. "I wonder if Father's told Aunt Vitani about the weddings yet," he said.

Ruby lifted her head when she heard chatter outside the den and she slowly stepped out into the morning light, she smiled at Kopa. "Good morning everyone." she said sweetly before padding to his side and giving his almost full grown mane a nuzzle. Her amber eyes looked to Kiara and Kovu, "The weddings are approaching so quick."[/b ]she said with a bit of excitement.


Saffy opened her green eyes and scoped around the den, she noticed her mother and father were still asleep. The young cub got a small smirk and she climbed up her dad's leg and bounced in his fluffy mane. [b]"Dad..wake up.." she pouted softly. Seeing her mother not to far away Saffy tried to stretch to shake her but ended up falling down between there paws, she whined and gave a small grumble.


Mheetu quickly woke up when he heard Saffy's voice and he noticed her fall from his head, "Morning..." he said giving her a few nuzzles of his own. He nudged her softly, "Go wake your sisters up.." he said before leaning in and giving Vitani's muzzle a few licks.

"I know. I can't believe..." he shook his head, laughing. "I was just an Putlander with no home and no family. And now... well, now I have all that."

Kopa was excited. "This family is getting a new start. I'm excited. Congratulations you two," he said to Kiara and Kovu.

Vitani opened her eyes slowly to Mheetu's warm tounge, and yawned. "Is it early?" Saying, her eyes still not fully open. Gazing to Saffy waking up her sisters then up at Mheetu. "I had a dream, about m-my father Taka. Yet, it wasn't him. It was a pale orange lion with a bi-coloured mane. I-I've never seen him before." Nuzzling her head into Mheetu's mane and sighing.
[She has a dream about Tanabi because he's basically supposed to be Taka and Taka is her flesh and blood. Blah blah blah d;]

Kiara nuzzled Kovu, "I'm glad you came here." Smiling up at him and licking his cheek. Then she turned to Kopa and Ruby. Cleaning her throat she lifted her hand. "Presenting the New King and Queen of The Pridelands! King Kopa and Queen Ruby!" Saying in her best impression of Zazu, while winking and laughing.

Anakin awoke to the sound of snoring. Quickly, he got up and noticed two shadowed lions sleeping fairly close to each other. "Who are you?" His snarl echoed through the cave, as the two lions stirred.

Folle got up quickly to Anakin snarls and hid behind Chaka. "C-Chaka." Nudging him awake then growling at the lion standing in the shadows. "Who are you." Snarling back at Anakin. Though, she didn't know it was him.
