The lion laughed, "Okay, brother kill her...slowly." He laughed.

Dakari then yelled, "No! Leave her alone!" he was lost. There was nothing he could do and there was no one who could help him.

The lion laughed, "Drop the cubs or I will torture Mzuri personally." He laughed and said, "Finally Mufalfa's seed will die." He laughed. Suddenly a wind blew the cubs out of the adolescent's hand but the way the wind carried them the cubs hit the ground without a scratch on them. "Get them brother!"

As if in perect timing, the cubs suddenly opened their eyes. They started running as fast as an adult as if there was something controlling their minds. Dakari was completely stunned. He whispered to Mzuri, "We've go to get out of here."

The lion said, "Get the cubs brother! Mufalfa will not confound me again!" He looked at Dakari and Mzuri, "Please make yourself at home." He laughed and scratched Dakari on the eye opening back up the old wound.

No matter how fast the brother chased them, the cubs just ran too fast and he couldn't keep up. (( Look at us, making 3 days-old cubs run like the wind =o )) Dakari winced and screamed in pain.

Eventually the brother finally found them near their mother again. He yelled to Gakuru and Marini, "Hand Mufalfa's seed over." The lion laughed and said, "Do you want me to blind Mzuri again? That is what you get for hesitating!"

Both Gakuru and Marini ran straight at the brother. Marini pinned him down while Gakuru, without saying a word, bit into the adolescent's neck, eventually breaking it. As if they were sharing the same mind, they carried his body and dropped it off of a cliff before returning to the cubs. Marini sighed and hugged her cubs close. Dakari, still holding his paw against his eye, yelled, "She already is blind! You ruined her life!"

Suddenly a breeze near Marini looked like it was pointing her somewhere...pointing her towards Dakari and Mzuri...The lion laughed, "And I'll ruin it again and again!" He then said, "Mzuri and Dakari sitting in a tree...." He laughed. "Pretty pathetic I must say...your whole love story."
