[Stormy]

A second thought popped into her head as this happened. She looked up to Sadie as Sadie had her wrapped in her hug. “Would you be mad at me if something happened to Flash?”

[TheLastLion]

"What?!" Sadie asked, somewhat shocked, "No!" She said adamantly. "What would possess you to think I'd be mad at you?"

[Stormy]

Nicki somehow accidentally let out a slight whimper as her mouth quivered slightly trying to hold in everything she had. She knew if she spoke, she would probably break into a sob recalling her dream.

[TheLastLion]

"If this is about me getting on your case because of how you've been feuding with Flash, I hope you know that I love you both very much." Sadie said reassuringly, "I just wish that you two would get along more is all. I'm sorry for pushing you too hard."

[Stormy]

Heavy tears slowly started to fill Nicki’s eyes as she tried extremely hard to hold it in. But eventually, the flood gates broke and she broke into a sob as she buried her face into Sadie’s fur.

Sadie was unsure of what to say after that, she only continued to embrace Nicki as she sobbed.

[Stormy]

After a few moments, Nicki turns her head to the side. “I.. I had a dream... th-that Flash had died.” She stuttered. “And you were really mad at me for being there. Y..you growled at me a.. and you wanted me to leave.” She said as buried her face into her fur once more crying.

Sadie felt her heart sank in her chest as Nicki recalled the details of her dreams. She couldn't bring herself to believe that she would lash out at Nicki like that, dream or no dream.

[Stormy]

“A..nd so I ran away.” She sniffled. “And then F..Flash was somehow there. And...and he was mad at me too because he thought I w..wanted him dead.. t..then I had to watch m..myself almost purposely... k..kill Kaylee.” She cried. The whole dream was practically traumatic to her, regardless of it coming from her imagination.

Sadie continued to be at a loss for words. As she held Nicki even tighter with both of her paws, she felt herself beginning to tear up as well. Not only because she found herself horrified by Nicki's traumatic dream, but also because she could not help but feel she put this pressure on the girl.
