Kopa sighed. "No, Vitani. It's not something that can be done quickly. Our cubs will be grown soon, and I will have to pick an heir and find mates for both of them," he said.

Vitani said, "Well... Do you already have any sort of an impression to help you pick the heir?" she thought about the part of finding the two their own mates. "I know they're still young for that, but there's no one of their age in this pride..."

Kopa thought for a long moment. "No. This is a very tough choice. As for their mates, we may have to put out a call for lions and lionesses to come here to meet them," he said.

Vitani was quiet for a moment, "Isn't that... Wouldn't that be too rushing and a little forcing?" she was quiet for another moment, "Then again... Lions and lionesses don't rain from the sky..."

Kopa looked around before looking back at Vitani. "Rest assured, my love, that the final choice will be up to Nguvu and Saba. Once a potential mate is rejected, they are out of the running," he told her.
