Tero saw the figure to. Come out! Stop the joke!! Tero jumped at the air. Come out!!! Tero growled at the rain. Somehow Tero snapped as well. Grr! Her name is Zira! Not Maua! Then, Tero attacked the cubs. Whaaaaa!!!!The cubs cried.

Ashur watched in horror. What the heak, Tero?! What are you doing??? Ashur asked panicly. Ashur was too weak to fight, but he didn't want his cubs or Tero's to get injured. Ashur thought, but his brain wouldn't work. Then he lept at Tero and smaked him.

Tero shook his head. "I had a brother once, and I killed him!" Then, Tero grabbed him cub Ziwa. "Tero drop her!" "Never Alfajiri! She'll die right now!" Btu then, Tero lost his anger, and put her down. "I'm sorry, I don't know what happened, but what I'm concere about now is, should we leave Maua her or not, what do you think Ashar?"

Ashur took a deep breath and sighed. Leave her. Ashur said as he picked up his cubs and started to walk towards his home.

Tero then picked up Ziwa and Alfajiri picked up Maji. They were soon home from teh cold bitter rain. Tero and Alfajiri layed down together and Alfajiri nursed her cubs. But Tero and Alfajiri wondered about Maua and Ashar's cubs, and most of all, how Ashar would sleep without Maua.

Ashur was very quiet that night. He gave his cubs a bath, cuddles with them and said nothing at all except Your mother is dead. I love you all, I will take care of you. Ashur fell asleep.

But the cubs cried from the rain and from teh fact they had no milk or sofy stomach to sleep with. Tero kept waking up. Btu he was worried about Roxas, he was hurt really bad from that part hour of fighting. Tero had a feelign the Roxas would die, as a matter of fact, all of them.

Ashur knew exactly what Tero was thinking. He knew his cubs would die, and ashur knew from the bottom of his aching heart that he would die soon too. Atleast he wouldn't have to carry on trying to protect every little thing he loved. But then Ashur didn't want to die, on the other paw, both of his parents weren't under the curse anymore. Ashur licked his cubs and comforted them all through the night, without even getting a wink of sleep. But he didn't care.

Tero was worried about Ashar. Alfajiri, can you go get Namla the baboon and ask her for a dose of some special healing stuff? "Of course Tero." Then, Alfajiri nuzzled Tero ran out of the cave. Alfajiri got there, she wasn't there, but Alfajiri knew what to get. She ran home with it and sprinked it over Ashar. And soon, it was morning, the first morning without Maua.

Ashur got up, and licked Roxas. He felt good, it was the first time in weeks that he felt happy. But Ashur's heart still ached for Maua. He regreted everything he did to her. Ashure knew that she was dead. It was a good thing he still had his parents, and Tero and Alfajiri. Ashur smiled for the first time in months at Tero.
