The new danger in the land

Tua: Well.....the size of your tummy didn't lie. And everything you were shouting while you were pushing.

Marini rolled her eyes playfully. "My tummy exaggerated, then." She looked at the cubs. "They're not big, they're fuzzy maracas!"

[Adofo]

Tua rolled Nuru around a little bit.
Tua: Doesn't sound like a maraca!

Marini chuckled. "Tua, don't do that..." she said with a grin. "You'll hurt his masculine pride and make him grumpy and what not... Remember what Kopa was like?"

[Adofo]

Tua: Okay.....killjoy...
he teased

Marini went ahead and licked Nuru before nuzzling him tenderly. "Daddy didn't mean to tease..." Of course, Nuru was far too young to even understand what was going on around him, so she giggled when he mewled randomly.

[Adofo]

Tua gave his son a big kiss.
Tua: I'm sorwy son! Can you forgive daddy?!

Marini licked the little cub as he mewled again. "That might be a yes." she said. "It might also be a no." The young lioness giggled. "Or it could be just a random mewl."

[Adofo]

Tua took his son from Marini, rested him in his arms and purred as he gave him little kisses all over.
Tua: Please forgive Daddy!

Marini meanwhile began to groom Mufasa as he began to call out for attention. The little cub purred in response.
