"Mhm." She replies muffled as she had food in her mouth. She avoided looking at her older sister.

"Kayla is waiting for you whenever you're ready, honey."

[Stormy]

Nicki made a slight inner groan as she quickly finished the rest of her food. She then slowly walked over to where she thought Kayla would be.

Nicki groaned to herself as she approached Kayla. She knew what she had to do, she just detested having to do it.

[Stormy]

Kayla watched as Nicki made her way towards her. “I heard you had... a little trouble sleeping earlier last night.” Kayla remarks nonchalantly.

[TheLastLion]

"Something like that, yeah..." She said reluctantly.

[Stormy]

Kayla only watched from here on out, having a feeling Nicki had something to say, hoping she wouldn’t throw any fit of anger again. Kayla brushed her paw against the ground as she sat patiently waiting to see if Nicki would say something.

Nicki let out a long say before begrudgingly allowing the words, "I'm sorry" to leave her lips.
