[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

After visiting his sister, Simba went back to the den, unaware of what was about to happen with Chaka.

3 long weeks have gone by since Chaka and Folle went to the Diamond Cavern, in response Folle had been having the worst stomach troubles the Pridelands have seen. All she had been doing for the past few days is sit there and scream, while clutching her grey stomach. Luckily, Chaka had stayed beside her for the days she'd been sick and got her food and water when she needed it. The other Pridelanders just hoped it passed before it got any worse.

"Chaka, please. Take me to Rafiki?" Looking up at him with blood shot eyes from restless nights.

Vitani was outside, away from the screaming coming from Priderock. With Mheetu and her 3 beautiful daughters who learned to talk, but still had some flaws. Laying close beside Mheetu and locking her paw. "They've grown so much." Whispering to Mheetu and watching her cubs wrestle in the soft grass.

Kamily wrestled Saffy and Bianca. "I gonna ween!" Yelling as she jumped on Bianca, who was on top of Saffy. She still had some flaws in her talking, but her fighting position was perfectly fine. Just like her mother, who wasn't to well with talking when she was 3 weeks old as-well. "Gotha!" Trying to say 'gotcha' when she pinned Bianca and smiled. Looking to her mother and father, "Look Mammy and Dada! I has Banca!" Still attempting to talk some more.

"Kiara," Kovu said, "I just... well... I know that Anakin is your suitor, but I..." Things had changed between the two of them within the two-week span. "I love you,"

Kiara gasped, and toke him to the side to talk. "Kovu, you know father has already arranged the ceremony. but, I love you too. We just can't marry, because my father fears of you." Frowning and dropping her head.

Anakin was closely listening in, it broke his heart to hear the words that came out of Kiara's petite mouth. Fighting back tears he ran to his new friend, Chaka. "Chaka! Kovu just.." Then was cut off by another scream from Folle. "Should I come back?" Tilting his head slightly to the left. As a tear dropped from his eye and hit the ground with a silent splash. Yet, he could hear it echoing around him.

"Tooe Bad!" Kamili yelled into her sisters face. "I ween far n square! Wight Saff?" Turning her head towards her sister with a pouting face.

"He'll let us, Kiara. We can ask him with the greatest sincerity, and I'll stand by your side until the end of it." He licked her cheek. "We can do it."

Bianca pushed her off. "I dun care! I'm busy!"

Bic: In the short time that all the newcomers had joined the Pridelands and Vitani and Mheetu's cubs were brought into the new world, Nala could feel the time quickly passing her. Nala lifted her head and her blue eyes caught Simba as he joined her side. She nuzzled his neck softly, lots of thoughts passed through her mind. "Simba, how is everything?" she whispered softly in his ear. She stood to her paws and sat beside her mate in the den as they chatted softly.


Mheetu chuckled as his daughters rolled around in the tall grass and he padded over to Vitani's side. Resting down to his belly in the soft grass he felt the wind rustle past his mane, his green eyes looked to his mate. "Growing so fast...I wish i could pause time a bit. Enjoy it more..." he muttered giving Vitani's cheek a lick.


Saffy growled and quickly ran to her mother's side before charging back at her sisters, she nodded. "Kamili won Bianca...sorry." she said softly with a frown. She padded up to Kamili and quickly poked her shoulder with her paw and ran away, "TAG! YOUR'RE IT!" she squealed with excitement, "Run Bianca run!"



Ruby was quietly sitting outside her den when she noticed Anakin run up towards Folle's den, she wondered what was going on. Quietly Ruby made her way to find Kopa, she noticed him still asleep in his den. "Kopa..." she said poking him with her paw. "Wake up..." she whispered.



Monstro was a few steps ahead of Geni and Regina and he kept his ears open and his eyes wide, the strong lion quickly hurried over the land. "Geni...am i heading in the right direction?" he asked quickly snapping his head back to look at the lionesses. Most of Geni's wounds were healed in the time that passed and he kept both her and Regina well fed. He knew the extra help he was going to get wasn't going to be gained easily.

"No!" Bianca roared. "I'm busy!" She was moving her claws through the dirt, making... something. Whatever it was, she was proud of it.

Simba smiled. "I'm fine, beautiful," he said. Kopa looked at Ruby. "What is it?" he said groggily.

Nala smiled and gave Simba's furry golden cheek a lick before she made her way to the entrance of their den, the Pridelands seemed to be in motion this early morning. She looked back at Simba and smiled as she spoke, "It is a fine morning, My king." she spoke in a sweet tone.


Ruby smirked and poked at his shoulder blade with her paw once more, "For a future King you sure don't wake up early.." she teased softly. She nuzzled his cheek and her amber eyes gazed at him, "I saw Anakin run up to Folle's den...I'm not sure but I think something is going on." she muttered with a confused look.


Saffy paused mid run and looked back at Bianca, her green eyes stared at the dirt and using her own paws she pushed the dirt around messing up whatever her sister was attempting to do. " HA.." she yelled out quickly running to sit between her mother and father. Saffy looked up at Vitani and smiled wide, "Hi mom...hi dad.." she said waiting for Bianca to come after her upset.

"Saffy...what did you do.." Mheetu asked curiously raising a eyebrow at his daughter.

"Oh nothing..." she whispered softly looking away from her dads gaze.

"Sarafina...What did you do?" he uttered.

Simba smiled. "Indeed," he said. Kopa stood up. "We should go and investigate," he said, heading for the den exit.
