Sius knew what he was doing. He could apologize to the pride for the rude awakening later. But right now, the important thing to do was to wake everyone up and get moving. But then, something shot through Sius' mind. The pride would probably be hungry. They couldn't very well fight off a group of rogues on an empty stomach. They would have to hunt quickly though. The sun was barely rising, so the prey wouldn't be too awake. If someone was willing to come with him, Sius would help increase the speed of the hunt. After all, a rogue had to learn to do everything on his own. And a lion as old as Sius knew how to hunt, fight, but most of all knew how to be kind.
He looked at Taro with one brow raised, countering Taro's confused look with a look of sheer encouragement. Sius knew what to expect at minimum. A loud bellowing roar that would wake everyone up... maybe. But what he got couldn't have been more perfect. The roar itself seemed to be kingly. Taro resonated at that moment like Sius hadn't seen before. At that moment, He knew that he'd picked the right king. Sius smiled seeing the sleeping lions now wide awake. Better than going around and individually waking them up one by one. When Taro finished his wake up call and turned to Sius to ask how it was, Sius looked him in the eyes and said. "Have you ever considered being a king?" Almost foreshadowing his plan, Sius then winked at Taro and walked past him.
"Sorry for the rude awakening, but we need to get some food and get ready to move out. I'll go hunt." Sius usually went hunting alone anyways. He had a secret that only he could use, and while half of him wanted to do this himself, the other half knew that he hadn't been having much luck lately. His prey had been giving him the slip as of late, and not to mention his kill disappeared from the den. And he still didn't know how. And now he was forced to retrieve more food for not just him, but his whole pride. Though Eeve had previously volunteered to wake up early and hunt, he doubted that She wanted to spend time with him, not including the matter of her injury. But still, the hunt would go by much faster with an assist. Turning back around, Sius added "But I could use a little help. Would anyone like to volunteer?" Patiently awaiting the answer, Sius sat back down and looked around the den.

Kasi's head tilted when he saw that his 'prey' was a lioness. Aw... Another lion... that's no fun. He was somewhat downed by the sight of this admittedly attractive lioness. Though, it wasn't Kasi's think to get into romantic affairs. At first, she paid no heed to his camouflaged presence... until he decided to get a bit closer. A twig snapped under his paw and the lioness' attention was instantly on him. She could see him, no doubt, but she probably couldn't tell what he was.
Thinking it through a bit as her tail flicked intimidatingly back and forth, She was obviously mentally and physically prepared to strike. Kasi didn't want that. He didn't want to get into a fight he could easily avoid. Keeping his mind and feet prepared, he walked out of the brush and strolled 10 yards away from the lioness.
She stared at him. He stared at her. The atmosphere was almost tangible. wind blew through Kasi's short mane that covered his right eye. The wind itself was silent. There was so little sound, that a pen drop would sound like a cannon. Kasi had heard of awkward silences, but this was just ridiculous. A good two minutes the two stood there, silent as stars. Until Kasi, boldly stepping up, asked "Are you friends with the rogues?" He prepared himself to strike if she said yes. She wouldn't even know what hit her until the smoke cleared. But he would give her a fair chance to defend herself.
