[Stormy]

"He'll be fine." The doc replies. "He needs to take it extremely easy for a good while though, too much to the head can cause some more serious damage."

[TheLastLion]

"He's got a concussion, essentially."

[Stormy]

"Mhm." Flash's eyes open barely for a few moments before closing again.

[TheLastLion]

"You did good, kiddo."

[Stormy]

Flash doesn't respond to this. "Just make sure he takes it easy." the doctor continues. "I'll be checking back."
Sadie hesitantly takes a step closer to get a better look at Flash.

[TheLastLion]

"Don't worry, he's okay."

[Stormy]

Sadie's head bows slightly. She had a sad expression on her face as she carefully nuzzles Flash’s side for a moment before she backs away.

[TheLastLion]

"If anyone asks, you were all roughhousing."

[Stormy]

“... that doesn’t happen roughhousing. Why can’t you just tell them what actually happened?”

[TheLastLion]

"Fair enough, I just don't want anyone to get the idea that I tried to kill him."
