The parents soon showed him a rotting corpse and a smelly liquid. "Don't smell it son. This corpse will be given to them. Once they eat of it and inhale the fumes they will be poisoned and die, a fate they surely deserve." Dakari's pride cheered and answered, "Yes!"

Dakari again said, "No! Didn't you see how he lied to them? We don't have to kill them all, we have to either get rid of him or either convince them that he's lying."

Dakari's parents said, "We'll get rid of him too." Once Dakari's back was turned the corpse was dragged to Mzuri's pride and dropped near them so they may all die. Mzuri went up and took a smell of it. "What is that horrible smell?" Immediately she felt funny.

Dakari after a while left to find Mzuri. He wanted to warn her but when he got there he saw her smelling the corpse and his eyes widened. "Mzuri no!" it was already too late. "Don't smell that!" he however knew that she already did so he placed her on his back and ran back to his pride. He glared at his parents, "How do you stop this?!" he asked, Mzuri on his back.

Dakari's parents shook their heads. "Unfortunately the poison is permanent. She will suffer a slow, painful death." Mzuri said to Dakari, "I feel like a hundred stings are coming on me!" She yelled in pain and agony.

Dakari growled at them both, "I don't believe you." he hoped he could get them to tell him, "If she dies then I'm going with her."

Dakari's parents yelled, "We are telling the truth!" Their eyes showed that they were and if there was a cure they had no knowledge of it. Mzuri continued yelling.

Dakari continued to growl at them, "Where did you find this poison?!" If he had any chances of finding a cure, he might start by finding the poison first. The good thing was that his parents said that Mzuri's death will be a slow one, meaning that he probably had a few hours. She will suffer greatly, but at least he had some time. "Answer me!"
