As Simba slept, he remained unaware of his father's presence.

"Sarabi, the other Kings if the Past have granted me this visit", "You need to train Simba in the ways of a King my love" Mufasa said gently.

[Pixie]

"Oh Mufasa, I miss you, I cannot do this without you" she said, her heart hurting. "Why? Why did you have to go?" she said, tears forming.

"It is the Circle of Life, we all have our time Sarabi, but I will miss you, until you too join me among the stars", he said back in a gentle voice. You could not see it, but behind the ghostly figure, a tear dropped down Mufasa's eye. "Remember, Simba is our only hope Sarabi" he said fading into the sky. "Sarabi, good luck and I love you" he whispered, a whisper that could only be heard by Sarabi.

"No, Mufasa, don't leave me!" she said. Her heart was breaking. "NO, stay!" she sobbed. The figure dissapeared. "My love..." she whispered.

(btw does Mufasa tell Sarabi that Scar killed him?)

The night passed and the morning sun rose once more. Simba awoke and looked at Sarabi. He then affectionately nuzzled her. "Do you think we'll reach the green lands today?" he asked.

Sarabi looked to her son. "Yes, darling. I have a feeling they are to the east." she said. She got up and stretched, awaking the other lionesses and cubs. "Come, my sisters, our journey continues."

The pride's journey began once more. They walked east for a long time until, finally, they reached an oasis. Each lion took a drink of the cool, fresh water. It was then that Simba looked ahead of him and saw that the oasis led into a vast jungle. "Hey Mom, look at this," he said.

"Well done, Simba! You found it!" Sarabi said. "Look everyone, the jungle!" she said, encouraging the others to follow. She walked along side her best friend, Sarafina. "Look, Sarafina, we made it. We don't need to suffer anymore!" she cried

Simba looked around for a bit. The jungle was unlike any place he had seen before. "Mom, how long are we supposed to stay here?" he asked.
