[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

The meerkat narrowed his eyes. "Right. Well, it seems you have no business here, then. Bye."
Kovu growled, and the birds fluttered slightly.
"Hey!" called Pumbaa, "Maybe he could help!"
"What?" Kovu said.
"Yeah, what?" Timon repeated, "Now, Pumbaa... Wait! I know! He could help!"
"Uh..." the lion was new to this. "Kiara...?"
"Roar!" pushed the small animal.
"Kiara..."

Simba saw how late it was getting. He looked at Nala. "Well, I guess I should call them home," he said. He then went atop the closest rock outcrop and roared out loudly over the Pridelands, knowing that the sound would be heard by them and bring them home.

Kiara heard her father's roaring. "Come Kovu, good bye Timon and Pumbaa." She said, running off towards her father with Kovu close behind.

Kopa as well heard his father calling them home. "That's my father, shall we?" Looking at her, and starting to walk away.

Timon grunted, and continued to try to shoo the birds.

Simba sat there with Nala, waiting for his cubs to return to him.

Kovu rushed back to the cave, free of the strange animals. "It has been a good day. Don't you think?" he asked Kiara. "There were never days like this at home."

Simba smiled at Nala. "Well, my blue-eyed dream, they should be here any moment," he said.

[Songo]

Nala gazed out over the Pride lands as the stars lit up the sky and she looked to Simba nodding, "Here they come..." she said spying Kiara and Kovu. Not far behind them was Ruby and Kopa, "Look Simba...I think Kopa and Ruby had a excellent time. They are cute together..." she added giving Simba another nuzzle.


Mheetu frowned a bit, "I remember when my mother told me I couldn't change my stars...I dont want that for our cubs." he said green eyes gazing down at his mate. "I want them to know we believe in everything they can do..."



Ruby's amber eyes looked to Kopa as he spoke so strongly about Kovu and the Pride lands and then Simba's roar startled her. She stood to her paws and padded next to Kopa as they made their way up Pride rock. She looked at him and smiled, "My journey was worth it Prince Kopa.." she whispered leaning in and giving him a small nuzzle while they stood outside the dens. She looked at her den and it was empty and she stepped into it laying on the cool stone, she looked up at Kopa with a small frown. "I guess this is goodnight..."

Vitani then smiled. "If they want to leave. Just let them?" Questioning Mheetu, looking into his mossy green eyes.

Kopa licked her cheek, "Good Night, my future Queen!" Smiling, then leaving to sleep beside his father.

"Good night Kovu." Kiara said, before quickly a lick to his cheek then running into the Royal Den.

Simba looked at his cubs. "Good night, each of you," he said.
