Simba laughed out loud. "I know what you're saying, but I think he should know," he said.

Nala chuckled as Mheetu and Simba left the den and soon returned, she turned to Vitani looking at her belly. "It wont be to much longer, then your worries go from giving birth to chasing after them." she said smiling. It seemed so long ago that Kiara, Chaka and Kopa had been her baby cubs, when they truly depended on her for food and warmth. She sighed missing the happiness the cubs brought her everyday she woke up.


Mheetu stepped back into the den and looked back at Simba with a werid face and then looked over at Vitani. He looked to his mate, "Wow...this will be interesting.." he chuckled. He heard his own stomach give a grumble and he turned to Vitani, "Are you hungry?" he asked her worried when the last time she ate was.



Ruby smiled and dipped her paw into the water giving Kopa a small splash, a flicker of playfulness crossed her amber eyes. "Its because it seems very peaceful.." she said giving him another splash for fun.

Simba smiled at Nala. "Well, I explained everything, and he doesn't seemed to be too grossed out," he said.

Vitani felt sympathetic to Nala, her cubs were not cubs anymore but they were proud adolescents. "Don't worry Nala, I'll let you chase my cubs around to!" Joking, but being serious at the same time. "Not really, I ate yesterday though but not today." Explaining to Mheetu, while rubbing her belly. Feeling her unborn cubs kick while smiling.

Kopa splashed her back, "Not for long." He said, jumping into the water and disappearing. Making his move, he wrapped his arms around her neck and pulled her into the blue water while laughing. His mane was drooping down from it's original position.

Nala nodded to Vitani, "It will be a pleasure Tani." she said softly before standing to her paws. She nuzzled Simba's mane, "Come on lets go for a walk.." she said softly to her mate. When they stepped out of the den she noticed the sun was setting and stood at the tip of Pride rock her head resting on Simba's shoulder. She could see her cubs all scattered through out the Pride lands. "They aren't little anymore Simba.." she muttered, her blue eyes looking up at him.


Mheetu nodded and laid by Vitani's side, " How much longer?" he asked curiously rubbing her belly. He sighed, "So how many names have we picked...Saffy,Shujaa or Mufasa...?" he said rubbing his head off Vitani's.


Ruby hit the water with a splash and dragged herself from the watering hole laughing, her amber eyes side glanced at Kopa. She chuckled and stepped by him shoving him back into the water. She stepped back and let him crawl out before she chuckled once more, "Nice mane.." she teased. She circled around him feeling the cool breeze pass over her pelt and she ran ahead of him smirking.

Simba smiled at Nala. "You're right. Very soon, they will be fully grown lions, and eventually, Kopa will be king, with Chaka and Kiara as his advisers," he said proudly. He sighed contentedly. "As for us, I've been told that our love story has become something of a legend in the Pridelands," he said.

Vitani looked at her belly, "About two weeks, I'm guessing." Smiling, and licking Mheetu's cheek. "Mufasa, Shujaa, Saffy, Kamili, and Bianca?" Questioning the name Bianca, nuzzling his back.

Kopa smirked, "Nice eyes, gorgeous." Saying to Ruby with a smile, she really was beautiful and now she was all his.

"So, while we're on our way to... somewhere... can I ask you a question? What do you look for in a mate?"

Nala's eyes glanced up at Simba's face, "Oh our love story...a legend in the Pride lands." she said with a smile. "I will love you till my last breath and follow you where ever you lead...my King." she said softly licking his cheek. She rubbed her head off him lovingly and playfully tackled him down, her muzzle nuzzled his face. She purred softly her blue eyes gazing down at him, "Its because we act like cubs sometimes.." she teased.


Mheetu nodded, "I love all the names. My mom would be proud...I know she is." he said nuzzling Vitani. His green eyes watched her round belly and he smiled, "Two weeks...to long.." he chuckled.


Ruby lifted her paw to her muzzle and chuckled cutely before stepping back towards Kopa, she stared up at him. " Thank you." she blushed looking away. Her tail flickered past his shoulder and she gently leaned her head forward rubbing it off his. She stepped back a bit and smiled, "You're sweet Kopa..very sweet." she whispered.

Kiara smiled, "He's gotta be cute, charming, acceptable, smart, and strong." Looking to Kovu, with a side smile.

Vitani laughed, "It's a long wait, but it's less than you think." It seemed like his mossy green eyes shined, and his smile was always there. She couldn't wait to have a little Mheetu running around. "I hope one looks like you." Again, looking at his looks, "And acts like you too." Finishing what she was going to say as she licked his cheek

Kopa lightened up, "As are you, my Queen." Winking, then jumping back into the water.
