Simba looked down nervously. "They remind me of us when we were that age, especially Vitani. I'm worried that they're going to get themselves into some sort of trouble, similar to what we got ourselves into at the Elephant Graveyard," he said.

She tackles Simba and puts him on his back. "You mean the dangers YOU put us in." Nala said. She then nuzzled Simba and let him up, "They'll be fine."

Simba turned to Vitani and Kiara, slightly embarrassed that they saw this incident. "Vitani, Kiara, you may go, just stay safe and make sure that you return home before sundown. Vitani, don't tease your sister," he said.

"Now run along." Nala said pushing them off with her paw slightly and smiling.

Simba looked as Vitani and Kiara began to move down Pride Rock. "Remember, girls, stay away from the Outlands!" he shouted.

[Queen Elsa]

"Yes, mom." Vitani replied. She liked teasing Kiara, but wouldn't disobey her mother. The two cubs ran down Pride Rock and soon saw grasshoppers jump out all over. Kiara tried jumping after one, but missed it. Vitani decided to try as well, and sprang off her back legs up into the air. She swiped her paw and felt it hit a grasshopper. She landed and found the little bug lying dead. "Kiara, I did it! I killed my first prey!"
"Really? Where is it?" Kiara asked, running excitedly over to Vitani.
"Right there." Vitani replied, pointing with her tail to the grasshopper.
Kiara laughed, but looked at her sister admiringly. "Nice job, Vitani." she replied. She then saw some leopard cubs. "I dare you to catch your first big prey now." She pointed at the baby leopards.
Vitani took a big gulp, then crouched down and snuck up on the leopard cubs. When she was close enough, she jumped up and slightly roared at the cubs. But before she could land on them, a mother leopard jumped up and toppled he over. "Kiara, help me!" she cried.
"I'm going to go get mom and dad!" Kiara replied, then ran back to Pride Rock.
"Hurry!" Vitani said, trying to get out from underneath the leopard.
When Kiara reached the Pride Rock, she called up to Simba and Nala. "Mom! Dad! Quickly! Vitani's in trouble!"

Simba jumped up upon hearing Kiara's voice. "Where is she, Kiara? Take me to her!" he said.

[Queen Elsa]

Kiara nodded and ran back to where she and Vitani last were. "She's this way!" she called behind her, hoping her father was following close behind. When she reached the place, she pointed toward the mother leopard. "That leopard is holding her down. I'll explain what happened later." she explained.

Leaving Kiara with Nala, who had followed him, Simba rushed forward and crashed into the leopardess off her paws and giving Vitani a chance to flee. After a short bout, the leopardess took her cubs and fled. Simba was furious. He went to Vitani. "Vitani, what were you thinking?!" he said.

[Queen Elsa]

"I-I..."Vitani began to reply, but Kiara interrupted.
"It's not her fault. It's mine. She had killed a little grasshopper and said she'd caught her first prey. I-I dared her to take one of the leopard cubs, but just as she was about to, the leopardess jumped out and pinned Vitani down. I'm sorry. I should have never challenged her." Kiara replied, then looked down at the ground.
