“Oh, like that’ll happen.”

"Well, I mean...." Sadie teased him. "You DO have his perpetual scour..."

[Stormy]

“I do not!” Flash retorts.

“Yes you do.” Kayla shouted from another room.

Flash rolls his eyes. “So uh... now that Parker is gone and all that.. what now? What next?”

[TheLastLion]

Sadie began to laugh, "Oh come on, don't pout. You know I'm only kidding.... for the most part."

[Stormy]

Flash rolls his eyes. “So uh.... Sades..” Flash began as he took Sadie’s paw gently. “There’s something I’ve been wanting to.. talk about with you. Now that we’re actually alone temporarily.”

[TheLastLion]

Sadie took a moment to stare into Flash's eyes as he paused.

[Stormy]

“We’re getting a awfully close.. to that point of you taking over. I’m not sure how much longer your father plans on being here before stepping down. But... it’s close. And I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t second guessing everything right now.”

[TheLastLion]

"Including our engagement?" Sadie paused.

[Stormy]

Flash looked straight back into Sadie’s eyes. “I don’t know. There’s just a lot going through my head right now. I can’t tell if that’s part of it or not. It... it could be but I don’t know.”

“But I think we should.. uhm..” Flash paused trying to think of how he was going to get this out.
