[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

Right when she was at the spot where she lead the gazelle into athe lion trap, she noticed that she could climb a tree and pounce at the gazelle from above. When the gazelle was distracted feasting on wild berries, Geni swiftly sprang up and arranged herself in a pouncing position, and...."RAOW!!!" She fully extended her claws and leaped at the creature. It had no chance to escape and fell under her weight. What she didn't realize were the odd thoughts she was getting from Monstro and Regina.

Regina stepped forward, ready to help. She went over and began to help subdue the gazelle.

Pressing against the prey's legs to keep it down, she recieved minor scratches from it's sharp hooves. "Bite the throat Take at it!" she said snarling.

Regina calmly stepped up and bit at the creature's throat, clamping down and suffocating the prey.

She sighed and rolled over, smiling. "Thank you." With a swipe at the gazelle's belly, she feasted for a while and decided to dip her face, all her legs, and chest in the blood. Stepping away she shook off the excess and sat for a while to rest.

Folle ripped off a piece of the carcass and rubbed it on all parts of her body she could reach. Her fur kinda looked pink, and she snickered. "Good enough?" She asked Regina and Geni, looking at them with her eye brows raised.

Monstro lifted his paw on Kovu's shoulder, "Be careful you two. Don't let them figure out who you are." he said warily. He nodded contently as he watched Kovu and Folle stalk the herd of Gazelle. Monstro watched the two adolescents stalk the prey and when Kovu had his kill he nodded with acceptance. "Good luck!" he said and bounded into the jungle after Regina and Geni.


Nala looked at Kiara, "Eveything will be fine dear.." she said giving her daughter a loving nuzzle. She looked at Simba, "Wheres Kopa?" she asked curiously.


Mheetu found himself following close beside Vitani as they stretched their legs through the Pride lands, "I'm excited Tani. Plus our niece and nephews are going to have mates chosen for them. The Pride lands is going to be up and buzzing all about with news." he said licking her cheek softly.

Simba looked around. "I haven't seen him. We need to find him and tell him what's going on," he said.

Kovu stretched, and walked confidently to Pride Rock. But then he remembered that he was supposed to be injured. He fake-limped slowly, as though it were painful. He looked up. "Bird!" he yelled to Zazu. "Get the king!"
