The Legend of the Death Sisters [ private ]

Rangi lifted her head and croaked. "I'm gonna take my moss off, m'kay? I think the bleeding stopped." The beige lioness gently peeled off the now red moss, revealing a dark red scab on her chin. "Da-amn, this guy got me good."

[Zoketi]

"Kay." she mumbled without looking up. After another bite though she lifted her head to inspect her sister's wound. "That's a pretty nice one," she cackled, twitching an ear before digging back into the meal.

[Kipekee]

"This is definitely gonna end up a scar. SWEET." She said, pushing away the thought that she could've died. She continued eating.

[Zoketi]

"Congratulations." Kuruka snickered. She licked her jaws and took another hefty chunk of meat. When she'd eaten her fill she leaned back with a contented rumble.

[Kipekee]

When Rangi finished, she curled up and fell asleep, her tail flicking slightly.

[Zoketi]

Glancing towards her sister, Kuruka straightened up and turned her head away. She sat herself as a guard, merely to observe while Rangi slept, in case some other creature came prowling around.

[Kipekee]

After a few minutes, Rangi woke up again and yawned, stretching, and extended her claws out. "Mrrph."

[Zoketi]

"Quick nap." Kuruka commented, tilting her head towards her sister as she watched the lighter-colored lioness stir. She flicked her tail and glanced back across the savannah, sniffing softly. "Should we find a better place for you to rest up?"

[Kipekee]

"Nah, I'm good. Don't baby me, you're the baby." Rangi purred, flicking her tail and grabbing the old lioness carcass. "Mrrph. We shurd prbably gur horme." She said through the fur.

[Zoketi]

The violet-eyed lioness rolled her eyes and flexed her claws against the ground. She glanced around, then nodded. "Guess so." she rumbled, twitching her tail and sliding forwards on silent paws.
