"Heh, you obviously haven't heard of Jengo" Rayn said, but she winced as she spoke the name for it bought back painful memories.

She only said it to scare Lyra however and as soon as she saw her worried face, she ran off ahead again. Vex frowned and looked at Tago and Lyra.

"Ignore her. Jengo's gone and he won't ever come back"

Tago nodded 'That's ok, she obviously just wanted a reaction I guess. But I am glad that the leopard is gone' the lion smiled at Vex.

Lyra still looked a little worried, and scowled a little at Rayn as as she ran into the jungle. 'She straightened herself up and looked on with determination 'I am sure we could all take him anyway' she said looking away in a huff.

"Heh, don't worry, he's dead now. He won't be coming back. But.... Well, it's not my place to say" Vex said, looking up ahead as the den and the waterfall became visible.

"There are plenty of fish here if you wanted something to eat and the den is nice and cool so if you want to escape the sun, you can" Vex said, looking over at her mother who was happily swimming in the pool.

Tago bounded over to the pool, and gazed at the fish that were swimming around in the water. She looked at Vex and Lyra 'We did used to fish sometimes, when our parents took us to the rivers to drink'. He looked on with excitement 'I bet I could catch on' he put his paw over the water, and tried to work out what one to go for.

'I am sure you will manage Tago' Lyra laughed. 'I think I was always the better one at fishing though' she whispered to Vex.

You are on! He got next to them ready to catch a fish. He remembered his father teaching him how to do it.

Tago watched the fish intently. He spotted one and grabbed one, hooking it with his claws. He then grabbed it in his jaws and looked at Ace, and then Vex and Lyra, with a big grin on his face.

Lyra shook her head with a laugh 'Ok great job'.

Rayn watched Tago catch the fish. She wasn't in the mood to give her usual sarcastic remark so merely shook her head disaprovingly. Vex laughed and nodded approval as Tago showed her the fish.

"Nobody can be as good a fisher as mother though"

Ace got down took a deep breath and swooped in and came up empty. Oh well today wasn't my day I will show you how I catch a fish another day.

Tago threw the fish is the air, and let it fall back in his mouth. He began to eat it hungrily. 'That sure is great fish'.

Lyra laughed 'They look good I must say'.

Nova leapt out the water and began to sun herself. She glanced over at Rayn who seemed distant from the others.

"What's wrong? I thought you wanted to make friends and start a new life?" Nova asked her daughter.

The adolescent lioness growled and looked away.
