Gakuru eventually managed to grab her, "Gotcha!" he brought her back up and put her down next to Fadhili, who hugged to cub closely, trying to calm her down. She looked at him, "Thank you!" for a moment they both stared at eachother, untill Gakuru laughed nervously, "We should tell your brother that everything's okay." Fadhili continued to stare at him for a moment, before slowly nodding and following him back, carrying Mzuri. As they walked Gakuru thought to himself, 'Did she blush back there or was it just me?' Marini smiled and licked Mufalfa back, "I love you. I couldn't imagine going on without you."

Mzuri just kept talking. "Where am I? What's going on? Where's Dakari?!" Mufalfa smiled and said, "Uh Marini I was wondering...if we could just lay down together tonight after all of this heartache is over."

Fadhili said to the cub, "I'll bring you to him. You're safe now." Marini smiled at him, "Of course." she then noticed Fadhili and Gakuru return, "They're back! And Mzuri's okay!"

Mufalfa nodded. "That adolescent is back. Whoopedy doo." Mzuri then said, "What is this like your 4th boyfriend in a week Fadhili? How many more boyfriends are you going to have? 20?"

Marini sighed, "He just saved your sister's life." Fadhili looked down at the cub, "He's not my boyfriend." she said, shooting Gakuru and apologetic look because of the cub's behaviour. Gakuru however just shrugged it off, "It's okay."

Mufalfa laughed and said, "It is his own life that he has to worry about." Mzuri said, "Yeah sure. You also said Kujasiri wasn't going to be your boyfriend either." Mufalfa immediately walked up to the adolescent. "So you think you are worthy enough to be a part of this pride!"

Marini frowned, "What a way to thank him." Fadhili frowned, "Kujasiri isn't imporant. Besides it's non of your business. Whatever happened between us happened, and I don't even care whether he ever comes back." Gakuru gulped, "I... I was kind of hoping so."

Mufalfa said, "Unfortunately, that is for you, the cub is right, there is no room left in the pride." He couldn't help himself and laughed. "You know when you distracted me while the evil one tried to kill me you thought you were very clever didn't you?! Look at me!"

Gakuru again frowned, "I never meant for it to happen!"
