Another Private RP with Adofo/Iri

[Iri]

"I'd be glad to tell you," Shujaa said. "But Kapuki doesn't want me to." She nestled in his arms [you know what I mean] and fell asleep without another word.
The next morning, Chaltuu had brought a small gazelle where they were staying. It was plump, but small- however, with only four of them, it couldn't be too bad. She had awoken earliest- Kapuki and Shujaa were still asleep. Chaltuu didn't know whether Enzi was awake or not.

[Adofo]

Enzi: Nice catch there!

[Iri]

"Yeah, yeah, eat, whatever," Chaltuu grumbled, storming away. Kapuki was awoken, but looked irritable as well. It seemed the two sisters had never seen a happy day in their lives.
Shujaa, however, jolted awake. "Hi! Uh... Sir... I never got your name," she said, somehow feeling like it would be polite to call him "sir".

[Adofo]

Enzi: My name...is Enzi! It's nice to meet you! Now go on! Get your fill! I'll wait till you're done!

[Iri]

Shujaa nodded, then trotted over to take a few mouthfuls from the gazelle. She, like her sisters, had never been one to have a large appetite. She motioned towards Enzi. Already, she had seemed to trust him. She looked around after she had swallowed, and was slightly relieved to see that her sisters were out of earshot. "Enzi?"

[Adofo]

Enzi: Yes? He said after he swallowed a mouthful.

[Iri]

"Is it wrong for me to be happy?" Shujaa asked, tilting her head. Her eyes held no self-pity. She did look a little sad, but she tried- and failed- to cover it up. Her paws shuffled on the ground and her tail coiled around her hind paws as she sat down.

[This is sort of relating to something I asked when I was younger.]

[Adofo]

Enzi: No! Of course not! It's wonderful to be happy! It's what you are supposed to feel!

[Iri]

"My sisters are miserable. And I'm happy," Shujaa murmured. "That makes me feel so rotten." She slumped her shoulders, her paws continually scuffing at the dirt. Why was it that she felt happy, and her sisters were so misunderstood and left out?

[Adofo]

Enzi: Hey.....I want you to stay as happy as can be! I'll help your sisters! It'll take time.....but you have to trust me when I saw.....it will happen.
