[Nope, Naima has no cubs, Angus. -Honks horn- BEEEEEP]

"Uh, no. Well, yes. Hamadou, the one I bit, often patrols with Naima around the border. Like I said, Naima is practically useless, and Hamadou is strong, but he's not a huge threat either," Chaltuu said. "He can give you a couple good slashes, but he's really muscular, which makes him slower. So if you're smaller and quicker you can dodge his attacks and land a few blows on him. Other than that... Not many other lions that patrol the border these days." She didn't want to fight to kill.

"Good, perhaps we can sneak pass them then. Um, ever wondered if your father is dead? And your sister is still alive? Wouldn't she be the queen then?" This thought just came to mind, for if her father died from something 'unfortunate', then maybe all Chaltuu would have to do is pay a visit. Besides, if any lions or lionesses remember Chaltuu, they may probably be too old to even bother.

"I'm guessing not. Kapuki's still semi-young, probably an adolescent by now. Unless something sudden happened to Kivuli, he'd be alive," Chaltuu said. She admitted to herself that she wouldn't feel grieved in the slightest if she caught news that her father had died. Technically she was garbage to him, so why should she care if anything happened to that rotten hairless weasel? But then again, Kivuli, she had to confess, was tough. He could endure a lot of things, so unless he died in his sleep or suffocated or drowned, he'd still be alive.

[I can see what Angus will say during the fight, since he is a physic and all: But Chaltuu, you said he was nothing but a rotten hairless weasel!]

"Well, do you think we are close to the territory now?" Angus began to see what would look like a decent territory, but then again, that was his opinion. They could be living in what he thought of as a dump. But appearances didn't matter, the only thing Angus wanted to do was to let Chaltuu see her sister, if there was a fight or not. But he also came along so he wouldn't be bored.

"Hmm... Wow, we're closer than I thought," Chaltuu said. "That is them. I could see them from a mile away." Her ears flicked. "So, yep, that's them. "There's going to be a fight, as you probably can assume... I hope you came prepared for that." Her claws unsheathed and she bared her teeth slightly. Chaltuu didn't know about Angus, but she herself was ready to go. She never admitted this to anyone, but she was hungry for vengeance for all the pain that Kivuli had put her through, all the insults, the yelling, even the physical punishment.

Angus lowered himself slightly closer to the ground. His claws unsheathed, beginning to growl. It was going to be fun, somewhat. Then he looked over to Chaltuu, who was ready to head forth soon as well. "Whenever you're ready." Angus wasn't what all was ahead, but either way, it was going to have blood stained onto the ground, and possibly dead lions as well.

Chaltuu led Angus to the territory. It seemed full of life- lions were moving around and hustling. Heading out to hunt. Fortunately the rain was still covering up their scents, so that was a plus. She flicked her tail as a signal to attack. She spotted Hamadou sitting at the territory's entrance. She noticed the long, jagged scar on his forepaw right away. She also saw Naima sitting next to the scarred male, as lean as always. Naima sat up straight and tall, her nose up in the air.

Angus wasn't entirely sure what all to do, if he should just lunge at them. But when Chaltuu gave the signal, he crept forward a bit more, then began to run. Good thing the rain covered their scent, or they would have raced towards him a while ago.

Chaltuu lunged at Hamadou, pinning him to the ground. She had to admit, over the passing time, he had grown stronger. He writhed and thrashed under her, snarling and spitting insults at her. Chaltuu frantically motioned for Angus to move, since Naima looked too petrified and startled to fight. That meant Angus could have a head start. Chaltuu would have to wrestle with Hamadou for a while longer, but it was worth it to her.

Angus trotted pass the fighting lions, and observed the territory. He had no idea what her father looked like, and wasn't sure how good of a plan it was to run into the territory so quickly. Yes, he knew Chaltuu wanted to see her sister, but what was he supposed to do? Casually call out 'Has anyone seen Chaltuu's sister'? That was obviously not going to work. He was an intruder, for all they knew, but he wasn't going to immediately fight them like an idiot, unless they had attacked first.
