Tero and Alfajiri did as they were told, Tero picked up Ziwa, Alfajiri picked up Maji. But it was too late, Maua ran after Ashar and got Roxas and took him back into the cave. Roxas was crying very loud, he wanted milk. But then, Maua stepped on him, making him get hurt.

Ashur ran over to Maua, and gave her a good whack upside her face. Ashur roared at her and stractched her eye, leaving a scar. Ashur roared again kicked her against the cave wall so she went out cold again. Quickly, Ashur took back Roxas and ran to catch up with Tero and Alfajiri.

Maua woke up fast. Because she was older than Tero, she'd wake up faster. She ran after them. As she saw Roxas in Ashar's mouth, she slapped Roxas out of Ashar's mouth, making Roxas fall a few yards away. But then, Maua ran after him and then bit him making his bones crunch. Whaaaaaaa!!! DIE CUB!!!!DIE!!!

At this, Ashur knew Roxas wouldn't stand a chance. But still, he'd have to fight for his only son. Ashure told Tero and Alfajiri to look after his other cubs while he went and saved Roxas. Ashur then charged at Maua pinning her to the ground then he bit her ear. Ashur roared, got up and smaked Maua once again across her face.

Maua then went back to fight. She slapped Ashar across the night grass. then, Maua then stepped on Roxas, then Tara, then Kira. But then, Maua bit Roxas, killing him.(Don't worry, he's not really dead)He's dead!!! Maua said as she threw her head back and laughed.

Ashur knew that Roxas wasn't really dead. Ashur leaped up at Maua and bit her other ear, then smacked her across the face again. Don't touch my son! Ashur yelled.

Maua growled at Ashar. If you want my father to exile you to the outlands then attack me.....go ahead. Slap me on the face. Maua knew Ashar wouldn't do it. But then, she heard Roxas crying. Then, she quickly ran over to him and bit him till his tiny bones crunched. And then, she was suficateing him.

Ashur went over to Roxas and picked him up. He growled at Maua. Stop, or I will tell Kovu. Ashur said in a cross voice.

EDIT: Ashur went over and growled at Maua. That was all he could do. Why didn't he just save his son? Ashur looked down walked away and let his own son die in the mouth of Maua.
