The new danger in the land

Tua: I'm sure......and I'll talk to them about it. But I know in my heart, that's what I want to name our cub! .....Her name is Nuru.

"Nuru?" Marini smiled. "What a lovely name..." It was suitable for both girls and boys, too.

[Adofo]

Tua: ......You need anything, baby? Water. Food. Massage. Cuddling.

Marini chuckled. "Massaging and cuddling would do." She looked at Kovu and Kiara. "But... Perhaps we should go somewhere else..."

[Adofo]

Tua: Okay....let's go to our spot.
On the way out Tua stopped next to Kovu and Kiara.
Tua: Kiara......Kovu.......I know.....that this is really hard to answer.....but......if.......
He starts to choke up
Tua: ......if.......Nuru.....doesn't make it..............I want to name our cub......after your little angel........can I?

While both Kovu and Kiara seemed very uncomfortable with Tua's question, they also noticed how choked up he was. It seemed like this would mean a lot to him and, at the end of the day, they knew that it would mean a lot to them as well. Kiara slowly nodded. "You may." she said, licking Nuru once as the cub mewled quietly.

Tua: Thank you.....it means a lot! .....But I really hope.....we name our cub something else. .....Love you two!

Marini sighed as she and Tua left the den. "Do you think... they'll try to have another cub if..." She fell silent.

[Adofo]

Tua: .......I think they will.......after enough time has past. Just......try not to think about it.....okay?

(Yeah, i think they should wait a while because, lets face it, something like that is heartbreaking. So i really can't see that right after she dies they just go, "Okay! Let's try this again!" And I'm not saying a really long time. Just a good chunk of time)
