"For one thing, she's not thin anymore," Yekize pointed out.
Adena buried her face in her paws. "I don't want to have cubs!" she said.

[Adofo]

Adofo ran to his daughter and held her tight.
Adofo: Baby......i'm so sorry! This is my fault! If i had escorted that rat out myself you wouldn't be like this! My baby....pregnant!!!

[Iri]

Adena shook her head. "It's not your fault..." Her voice trailed off. "I just... I don't want to have these cubs."

[Adofo]

Adofo: What do you want to do!? We can get them out of you!

[Iri]

"No... I don't want to have to do that. I'll have them, and I'll take care of them," Adena said firmly.

[Adofo]

Adofo: baby.....are you sure?

[Iri]

"I don't want to kill cubs that haven't started life... yes... I'm sure," Adena said. "Yekize... how long have I been expecting these cubs?"
"I believe for a few months now," Yekize replied.

[Adofo]

The next day Adofo brings Adena food. But before he gives it to her, he put something in the meat.
Adofo: Okay honey. One zebra like you ask for!

"Thank you," Adena said.
