[Fang]

Max padded forward only to scream as a lioness jumped out at her.
"Who are you yonge one?" She asked, she was old and had a rattlie voice. A creepy grin on her face as she examined the mud covered lioness and the scruffy stronger lion.

Zill walked up to the old lioness and growled deeply. "We're just two lions, we are looking for another named Nuka, do you know who he is?" He didn't trust the old lioness one bit.

[Fang]

The lion eyed them "Nuka is dead, he has been for at least a year now." she muttered. Max stiffened, pain ran its way through her body. "d-dead?" she whispeared.
The lioness nodded faintly.

He couldn't imagine how upset Max must have been, to loose a friend and not findout for a year. "Who are you?" Zill calmly asked.

[Fang]

The lioness looked down at Max, who bent her head trying not to let herself cry.
"My name is spotty." She said giving a sneer. "Come, I will get you a pace to stay and some food. You dont need to fear old Spotty now. Dont you worry." she said and started to pad towards a place that looked like a large termite hill.

Zill followed Spotty to the termite mound, he wanted to be able to cheer Max up but he didn't know how. When they finally reached the entrance Zill decided to stay outside for a moment,"I'll be in in a little bit. I just want to get a good look of the place."

Max didn't say anything, she padded past him with her head and tail drooped. She went inside with Spotty and layed down in a small area covered in moss.
"Get some sleep, old Spotty wont let nothin' heppen to yous." Spotty said smoothly.

Truth be told there wasn't much for Zill to look at there was dirt, mounds, dead trees, dirt devils, a few tumble weeds and a odd red/orange sky. He really just need to think about their stuation and what they were going to do now, plus his new, if not only, friend was upset and he didn't know what to do. "now what?" he asked himself, but nothing came to him.

[Fang]

A menicing laugh came from behind him and Spotty stepped out of the shadows
"Spotty thinks she knows you...you Kovus cub? If ya are, your little mud covered friend will be seein' Nuka sooner then she expected." she growled.

[Tanabi]

"I don't know who you're talking about, I don't know who my father is." Zill then put a scow on his face,"And what are you trying to say when you said 'she'll see Nuka soon'?"
