"Hurry back sweetie." He smiled at her.

"OK." she said smiling at him, "Ill be back before you know it" she said giving him soft eyes. She sniffed the air "Good" she said turning to run, "See you soon sweetie!" she shouted as she ran.

How does she do that? Kovu smiled to himself as he lay down watching Jata run off.
After a while he feel asleep, waiting for Jata to return.

It didn't take long until jata found the heard she smelled, gazell, her favourite. She moved down wind picking one of the biggest gazzeps she pounced and got on it's neck, only to have her back leg caught with a hoof, she growled and went for the killing bite on the animals neck, within miniutes she had killed the gazell and he leg was hurting and bleeding, staining her leg red. However she ignored it, and started dragging the meal back to Kovu's cave, it took her a while to get back, when she arrived she went over to kovu and jumped on his back "Why you sleeping sweetie?!" she said playfully, come on we've got some exploring to do, and a meal to keep" she said getting up and falling over, her leg failing her. She growled in pain and stayed on her side.

Why you sleeping sweetie? Kovu woke up all of a sudden to fins Jata on his back.
"You scared the heck out of me." He giggled.
come on we've got some exploring to do, and a meal to keep she said getting of him and letting him up, but after a moment she fell on her side growling in pain.
"Jata?" he walked over to her. "Jata what's wrong?" He then saw her leg bleeding. "Oh no, what happend?!" he asked and quickly moved and looked closely at her leg.

"Its nothing" she growled "Just that thing caught me on it's way down" she said pointing to the massive gazell

"I think it'll stop in a few minutes. try not to move for a while." He said and lay down next to her.
"Do you want me to bring some water or anything?" He said sounding quite worried. He wanted to look after Jata even though he didn't really feel it.

"No I'm fine" she said angrily, "just a bit sore" she said trying to stand again growling from the still lingering pain "I just wish I was slightly faster." she said growling. "Come on let's go and eat" she said as she started walking towards the gazell, falling half way there practically roaring in pain.

Kovu didn't like seeing Jata that way.
"Don't move, let me." He said while picking up the dead gazelle and carrying it towards Jata. It was indeed very big. He was surprised she managed to kill it.
"There we go." he said putting the gazelle close to Jata.

(( Arghh my backs playing up again ))

"Thank You" Jata said as she put her head towards the gazell but stopped short of the bite "Here, I caught it for you, you have the first bit." she said looking at him lovingly again.
