Feli was outside, taking a walk in the Pridelands. She loved watching the stars at night. Everything was peaceful and calm. It was one of the many reasons she had stayed in the Pridelands, unlike her siblings who had left. She lied down and kept looking at the stars, searching for her mother's star who had died not long ago.

Vitani was sleeping. She was having a bad dream. She grumbled in her sleep. And she didn't like it.
Vitani just put Kijiti on a rock. Then, she flew off. "Mom!" Kijiti cried. Vitani fell in the water. Then, she quickly jumped out. She started to climb the large rock, to reach Kijiti. Then, a dark rouge grabbed onto her paws. "Long Live Vitani" Vitani's eyes wided. Then, the rouge dropped her into the water below.
Vitani quickly work up with horror. She looked at her nurseing cubs. They were just eating their milk. She smiled as she licked them. She soon fell back to sleep.

Meanwhile. Kopa was sleeping next to her, well, sort of. He was awake. He couldn't sleep. He started worry abotu the future. The cubs, Huyani, and everything else. He saw when Vitani woke up. He then pretended to be asleep. When Vitani fell asleep again. He then looked at her again. "I'm sorry Vitani, so sorry..." Then, finally, Kopa fell asleep.
