Mwunga smiled despite the pain. She rose and followed Velka. Shomari tagged along behind.

[Misiziri]

"You go first and I'll help push you through. Once you out, I will squeeze through and you can take my hoof with paws. Sound ok?"

[Zoketi]

Mwunga nodded. She began to squeeze through the crack, wiggling her body through. Shomari helped shove, and she landed on the grass. It was a good feeling to see light and nature again. Mwunga turned, ready to help Velka.

[Misiziri]

"All things are right. Here... uck... here I come!" He said, trying to fit through the crack.

"Oh no! My belly's bloated from the water, I don't know if I'll be let out! Ih!" He wheezed, trying desperately to free himself.

[Zoketi]

Mwunga grabbed Velka's hooves, pulling as hard as she could. "Come on..." She groaned.

Shomari hesitatied, then gave a heave from behind.

[Misiziri]

Plunk!

Velka plopped to the ground.

"Thank... you! I was thinking I'd be stuck there in for a long time to come! I must get some sleep now. The migration is coming soon and rest is needed."

[Zoketi]

"No problem." Mwunga stated, feeling her forehead burn again. She rubbed it and shook her fur, gazing around.

Shomari peered through the crack, then squeezed out and landed beside Mwunga.

[Misiziri]

"Oh!" Velka stated, "How selfish of this zebra! We have to get you the healings. Where is your stash, Mwunga? Shomali, did you get hurt, too?"

[Zoketi]

"No, I'm fine." Shomari replied. Mwunga winced and looked around. "It's west from here." She pointed at the trees in the distance. It would take at least 10 minutes to reach there, but it wasn't too far. She stretched her back legs and yawned, giving her fur a shake.
Shomari flicked his tail and let Mwunga lean slightly on him.

Velka stretched as well. "Okay. We'll go!"

He walked at a slower pace than usual. He was exhausted.
