[Applejack]

Vitani nodded and lay down next to Baya again. "Any chance of..." she trailed off, shaking her head. No, that moment was ruined. "Never mind," she said, smiling. "More than one cub... both pure as the stars. Wow, what have I done to be blessed with that? Its not like I'm the lioness of anyones dreams. I'm an Outlander, no better than a rogue. But, I have one who cares about me, despite my upbringings." She nuzzled Baya once and sighed. "And you, raised in blood and hate, have someone who cares and will gladly provide herself, and your cubs, and you with whatever is needed." She smiled at the thought, actually having cubs. "After this war, I'll settle down. I'll offer you myself to the fullest, and I will bear you your cubs, Baya. All if you will have me then, that is."

[Baya]

Baya nuzzled Vitani one more time and let out another sigh. "I'm a tad bit tired..." Baya murmured quietly as he slowly began to close his eyes. Soon enough he had dozed off right next to Vitani.

~ A Few Weeks Later ~

When all the outlanders thought they had a chance at victory during the ambush on Simba near the log yard, he quickly got away. Tupa had stopped Nuka from going after Simba by himself, and Zira switched her plans to all out war. Within a few hours, Simba's forces had assembled along the border of the pridelands and so did Zira's. The atmosphere of battle was tense, while the sky itself had gathered clouds.

Baya stood alongside Vitani, Tupa and Nuka in the line up with the other lionesses preparing to attack the lionesses of the pride lands. Baya's muzzle had curled into a grin as the battle that was promised to him by Zira all those years ago was set to take place within moments! Of course, he wasn't planning on killing any of them this time around, because he was afraid Vitani might scorn him for it. His ears flexed back as Zira and Simba exchanged words briefly before the lionesses all began to approach one another.

"If you die, I won't forgive you." Baya jeered at Vitani giving her a lick before battle. In their few weeks together, they had gotten much closer. The same applied to Tupa and Nuka, who were bordering mates if not the factor of having to mate.

Tupa looked to Nuka with worry as the ran had drenched her face. "Be careful Nuka..." Tupa murmured quietly, giving him a quick nuzzle. "No matter what happens, I love you." Tupa purred.

"Attack!" Zira snarled and the frenzy began.

[Applejack]

Vitani bowed her head and nuzzled Baya quickly. "Be quiet," she said tenderly. "For once, focus on the battle. This is the one to end all of this, after all." Next to them, Nuka leaned down and softly licked Tupa's cheek. "You be safe now, my Tupa." He smiled softly, then turned to face the opposing lionesses, both his and Vitani's faces hard now. Concentrated. Slowly, a vicious grin lifted to Vitani's muzzle. She'd do everything she could to fight for this land. She wanted to be able to raise her cubs in peace here.

As the group started for the pridelanders, Vitani loosed a fierce hiss and charged straight for Kiara. Kiara's eyes widened as she looked to Kovu for help, but Kovu was already entangled with Nuka. Nuka's lip lifted in a snarl as he flung a claw at Kovu's ear. "Good to see you again, Brother. So, you've sided with the cowardly pridelanders?"

Vitani leaped at Kiara and Kiara ducked away just in time, Vitani's claws slamming into the ground beneath where Kiara had just been standing moments before. "Whats wrong, pretty girl," Vitani goaded, smirking. "Afraid to get your claws dirty? Let me help you!" Vitani then dashed forward quickly and grabbed Kiara's front paw before she could even react and threw her down to the ground. "Not so tough, are we? You call yourself the Daughter of Simba? PAH!"

[Baya]

Baya chuckled, as he turned his focus on the battle at hand once more. A familiar feeling erupted inside him. One of loving battle. A wicked smirk spread across his muzzle and he looked towards Simba and Kovu. His ears moved backwards, and he jumped into the fray on call.

It was quite the bloody mess, and Baya was already intercepted by other lionesses. He cackled madly as he pawed and swiped at them, even getting to bite a few. He could see the fear in the eyes, the familiar stares at him from the desert, but he spared them this time around. No, the fun was all in battle, not senseless murder.

Eventually, Simba managed to pin Zira and Kovu had been knocked unconscious by several outlander lionesses. The rain spilled harder now as everyone turned their attention to Simba, who let out a mighty roar. "It's over Zira. You have lost...I will give your lionesses a chance to leave and never return...but your chances are up..." Simba said raising his paw.

[Applejack]

Vitani's eyes widened in sheer shock as her mother was pinned down. She stopped immediatly, lowering her paw from Kiara's head, and Nuka slid up next to her. He turned to her and called, "Vitani, come on! Lets get out of here! We can't save her!" Vitani felt tears come to her eyes as she growled viciously and slashed at Kiara, feeling her claws hit home. She landed a triple-scar across her muzzle before getting up and running off with Nuka close behind. They reached Baya, and Vitani tugged at his paw. "Come on!" she said, "Baya, lets go. Live to fight another day. We can live." Her eyes looked at Baya, begging, while Nuka said likewise to Tupa

Baya was extremely hesitant as he had never in his life run from battle. Tupa looked at him she gave Nuka a loving nuzzle. "Baya! There's no point in dying! We got to move! We'll get stronger! We'll come back!" Tupa called to him.

Baya looked to Vitani's eyes that were filling with tears. Zira was scum, but she was still Vitani's mother. He was debating in his mind for awhile before he quickly ran past a few lionesses and stopped Simba with a swift paw across his face. Unfortunate for Baya, Simba was about to slash Zira when he did that, and instead slashed him over the left half of his face before sliding over to the edge of the cliff. The lionesses of the pridelands all panicked and raced to aid their king. In the mean time Baya's left half of his face was dripping heavy with blood and rain.

"Get up. Run..." Baya hissed to Zira as he began to run back towards the outlands. Tupa's eyes were so filled with worry when Baya intercepted Simba, and she almost screamed when the mighty paw of the king came down on Baya's face. However, Baya managed to save Zira and distract the lionesses of the pridelands at the same time. Tupa followed suit of her mentor, looking back to make sure the other outlanders were following. Indeed they were, Zira included.

[Sure. I'm sorry for the flow killer x-x]

[Applejack]

(All good. Zira's still seriously wounded, so, are we going to let her live, or die? We WERE going to kill her, XD)
