Kopa noticed Vitani's motion. "What's wrong?" he asked, hoping she was all right.

Vitani forced herself to look at him, "Nothing."

"Come on, Vitani, you can tell me. I won't judge you or anything," Kopa said, hoping that this would convince her.

Vitani didn't know how to answer that because she really had no idea to why he was shying and feeling nervous around Kopa from time to time. "It's nothing." she looked around them, "Wow... This place is huge..." she looked at Kopa, "I wish I lived here... It's beautiful..."

"Yeah, we have everything here. Hey, why don't you come back with me? If you explain yourself to them, I'm sure my parents won't care," Kopa said, seriously hoping that he was right.

Vitani hesitated, "I don't know... What if they don't?" if they didn't they probably wouldn't let her live either. She really wanted to live in such a place, a place where her mother wouldn't yell at her all the time and where she could finally have a friend. But even if Kopa's parents approved, Zira would still be a problem, "What about my mom?"

"As long as you stay here, hopefully she won't find you. As for my parents, I'll talk to them," Kopa said. In his mind, he kept trying to think up a plan to keep Vitani here in the Pridelands.

Vitani looked taken aback from the idea, "No, she'll find me... And when she does she'll make me sorry for doing this..."

"What do you mean make you sorry?" Kopa continued by way of trying to find out more about her.
