"My daughter loves me," the lioness snarled.
Mbaya trembled and stood closer to her mother.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Oh really...prove it!

[Iri]

"Stop being so mean to my mother!" Mbaya blurted out at Adofo angrily, her small claws unsheathing. Her one good eye blazed as if she wanted nothing more than to lunge at him. "You're awful! I love my mother! So quit being so mean to her... you... you... you gnat!!"

[That's the best insult she's got. XD]

[Adofo]

Adofo: Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. She's just not treating you like you should.

(Is he gonna end up adopting her too? Cuz i'm cool with that.)

[Iri]

"You're the one treating her as if she's just dirt!" Mbaya yelled. "You're no better than she is!"
The lioness laughed and nuzzled her daughter. "Oh, is that proof?" she mocked. "Or do you need more proof?"

Adofo: Fine. But go practice somewhere else. My boys don't want some piece of trash on their lawn!

"Don't you call my mother a piece of trash!" Mbaya shouted at him furiously. "You irksome little gnat!" She and her mother went away.
"Umm... I think you hurt the cub's feelings," Hondo said awkwardly.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Yeah...but boys...that got me thinking. Hondo can you do me a favor? Could you bring me an old vine like my necklace for me?

Hondo trotted out. After a while he returned. "Here, Father."
