Sakas smile faded to puzzlement as Shahallie's gaze lingered upon Tiaret. He sighed, he did not need love on his paws right now. He reddened a little thinking about the strange lioness, knowing that love was there, whether he needed it or not. He shook his mane in an attempt to shake away his feelings. He gave the lioness a look,"Are you coming?"
He frowned as she averted her gaze to her cub. Saka marched over, angry for some reason. "You know something, something important. About what is going on." He accused her, his tone sharp.

Tiaret pushed forward,"Saka, you shouldn't accuse others of things you don't know anything about." Saka turned quickly. "Silence." His voice was a loud roar. Tiaret shrank back, then jumped as Shahallie leapt in-between her and Saka and roared back. "Stop!" Tiaret pushed Shahallie out of the way,"Just, stop. Saka, don't be so...harsh." She turned to the lioness,"Answer the question please."

Rachelley growled and backed up. She had to get away. "Futenal, get behind me," she snarled as the lions crowded in around her. If she had to fight she would. She would never let her son be subjected to the treatment that she was under for years of her life.

Tiaret backed Shahallie and Saka,"Give her some room." She sighed and turned towards the lioness. "Please, just answer the question," her tone was soft and subdued. She sighed and stepped back,"Are you okay? What's your name? Where you from?" She felt stupid asking all the questions, but someone needed to ask them, and Saka and Shahallie would get nothing out of her with their intimidating techniques.

Rachelley growled angrily, then sighed. "My name is Rachelley. Now if you'd get out of my way, i'll leave with my son."

Tiaret stepped out of Rachelley's way, giving Saka and Shahallie a soft warning growl. She turned back to Rachelley and inclined her head slightly,"Safe travels. May your hunts be successful." She smiled slightly as the small cub followed his mother past her.

Saka stepped in between Rachelley and Futenal. He bent down to look Futenal in the eyes,"Take care of your mother and grow up big and strong." He nuzzled the small cub, feeling strangely protective.

Rachelley looked at the strange pride then off towards the west were her old mate waited. With a soft sigh she walked past the pride and headed towards the rising sun. Futenal refused to leave though. "Momma, I don't want to go" He said lifting his little head up. "I want to make my home here."

Saka bit back a smirk as Futenal sat stubbornly where he was. He then turned to Rachelley,"Your cub knows what is best"-he added-"For everyone."
He waited a moment, studying Rachelleys face then turned to Shahallie.
"You and Visa shall be our hunters," he cast a disapproving glance at Tiaret who began to protest,"Take my sister only when there is enough time for an amatuer." He ignored the angry glances Tiaret cast at him and turned to Rachelley. "You may do what seems fit to you, if you ever need to take leave of Futenal tell Tiaret." He let his eyes wander over all of the lions present,"Each night there will be a watch-from twilight to dawn. I will give each member of my pride equal responsibility in this matter. I will take the first watch."

Tiaret snorted softly as Saka turned away; he never let her.do anything. She was tired of being undersestimated and treated like a newborn cub. She shrugged off her momentary contempt for Saka and padded over towards Shahallie.
She smiled as he looked at her. "I'm glad you decided to stay." She blushed, not knowing why though, and hid her face.

Seeing her son's plea for a family Rachelley had to give in. It was only fair. With a quite nod she showed the pride that she would stay. SHe sat down and nuzzled her son close to her as she listened to Saka give out instructions. Seeing Saka's treatment of his sister made Rachelley growl low, but she kept it inside. Males may be stronger than the lionesses, but the lionesses were the driving force for males. Without them they wouldn't be able to survive. They should have more respect. As Saka walked off, Rachelley got up and left her dozing son. She walked over to Tiaret and said low, "Follow me."

Tiaret immediately followed the lioness,"Do you want help with Futenal? Or not help, rather assistance."
She was quite confused.

Saka watched Rachelley and Tiaret talk, wondering if they were getting along or not. He watched Tiaret with worry, he immediately resolved to apologize later. He shook away his feelings of regret for talking to her so rudely earlier then approached Shahallie. He swallowed hard. "Shahallie, I have an important job for you," he exhaled deeply, not believing himself,"Tiaret and I are...drifting, and I need someone to keep an eye on her, please." He pleaded.

Shahallie was surprised. He thought he would be the last person Saka would want around Tiaret, him worrying about her and protecting her all the time.

"Uh yea. No problem." He replied, hiding a smile.

"Good." Saka said. He started to walk away, when he said "And remember, don't mention anything about the lions to anyone. At least not yet."

"Yeah. Don't worry." He then went off to see when Vida wanted to go hunting.
